Lots of plus points
Great service with a healthy choice of products being offered. The information on each product helps me make my purchase decisions. Payment is straightforward and delivery is soon after purchase.
They have changed the subscription service and I can no longer choose to buy every two/three months at a time. Now, all that remains of the subscription service is the option to buy monthly - and, I'm not sure I like that as much.

The service was fine but concerned that it is suggested take one or two tablets per night. Compared with nhs medication, I have never seen a similar suggestion.

You can safely take up to 2x Turmeric+ Gold capsules per day, however most people find that they only need to take 1 per day to feel the benefits! This is why we advise that you can take one or two capsules daily.

Turmeric+ can take up to 12 weeks to get fully into the system so it is definitely worth persevering.
In terms of potential side effects some people can be sensitive to the curcumin (the active ingredient) and can get a mild upset stomach but this is rare in our experience.
