I am absolutely devastated. It all started on Instagram. I connected with someone who offered to show me the ropes of crypto arbitrage. To build trust, they forwarded 17.07 USDT to my wallet to register on their platform. I followed their lead, traded, and actually withdrew 28.68 USDT. Convinced it was real, they urged me to scale up. I risked a business loan totaling $793,428. My dashboard skyrocketed to $5,632,730. Thrilled, I attempted to pull out $5,303,541, only to be hit with a 12% gas fee deposit amounting to $636,424. Desperate, I scrambled to pay it, relying on my previous successful withdrawal as proof it worked. Then came a demand for a 30% international release fee. The illusion shattered. I contacted authorities who pointed me to a cyber tracing company (Fiscop Advisor). Their investigators tracked the USDT straight to Bybit P2P, identified the culprit's bank details, and successfully recovered the stolen funds.

Five months ago I connected with Kucoin and did some tradings. They asked me to do several deposits before withdraw my funds. Had to complete lot of orders. Day by day they directed to do additional orders and additional deposits. But they didn't allow me to get my money back. Now I need to withdraw my fund. I completed all orders, all deposits, paid exchange rate fee and paid withdrawal fee as well. But now they are asking me to deposit 30% of my available funds since my wallet has over 10000 USDT. This is a disaster. They are not gonna release my fund anymore. I lost my all savings, assets because of this platform. Very disappointed. Seems like this is a scam. They killed me.

My USDT got frozen from KuCoin. Can not withdraw, submitted all required documents and no action from KuCoin! This is shocking! My ticket 3814463 has not been resolved and all they say is that they forward the request. Nothing is happening

Bad! They closed my withdrawal 3 times and i provided more information than my government & bank knows about me. These people are wrong!

Hope everyone having a great day. I was just using google about my trading platform futurekucoin, At first i was surprised to see many bad reviews about this company. So i decided to share my experience. I have been trading with them almost 3 months and they always give me quality customer support and when i have problem they call me rightaway to help me with my account but suddenly it all changed. I also did submit withdraw once of about $6000 and they did not process it for days, I had to wait till venomthreads was able to sort it all out beofre I got the investment back. so far it’s not a very good for me. I wish you all luck…

it is not normal that in a copy paste a random number appears nor that it comes out of nowhere, the first one that I pasted and it appeared twice is the one to which the transfer was made but it did not reach me the money, when I went back to verify it appeared another different address.
I do not want to think bad, but I am not stupid and I am beginning to think that I am being a victim of a fraud in which you participate along with future trader who has changed his name to merchant. so I ask you all again to give me my money back or I will take part in all platforms necessary including truspilot to report my case, and this sure you are not interested. It is not a lot of money but nobody likes to be ripped off.

SCAM!! I have video footage and screenshots of me setting 2 separate stop losses that were never triggered!! Lost 20k total and emailed over 14 times with still no reply but a stupid automated message. I told them I’m flying to the nearest office to shoot every person I see if this isn’t resolved by the end of Feb. this isn’t a joke I’m 100% going to shoot every kucoin employee I’m sick and tired of this.

User friendly, straight forward platform though still needs improvements.
On several occasions the estimated profits or losses shown on my Take Profits & Stop Loss has been off by miles. If you can't trust your TP or SL then there's no point in trading.
Also fee's are a little on the high side.

Stay away from these money hungry exchange .lost about 100k in Canadian dollar with flare error and glitches and it’s almost 5 month they are not returning it .if ur asking my advise spend ur money on ur self instead of on these broke ppl or a lawyer to go after them n get ur money back .

horrific. mysteriously my trade passcode no longer worked so i tried submitting id photos via their process to "validate" myself so i can change the code and after hitting submit a message pops up immediately saying "validation failed". they suggested trying a different browser but it still didnt work. money is just sitting there going down in value and im unable to do anything about it. So ticked off.

Here's my review about using kucoin for over 2 years
✅Security is good tho there's issues before but they were able to solve and improve it now.
✅Kinda like their Customer Service tho its not that perfect ofcourse but imo it is much faster than the other exchanges Ive used.
✅Home of small cap altcoins, good for newbies who wants to earn good profit
✅ lot of airdrops/giveaways which is also good for newbies who wants to get more $$$$

Not an experienced trader myself…
Maybe that’s why I like it so much. The light version of futures was a good idea to implement. Maybe an addition of drag and drop for stop losses and take profits could help in terms of functionality.
Overall, a must.

Its the only crypto exchange i trust. Never had a problem with it . Ever!

Stay away from this if you don't want your money blocked or lost. Just recently i had a problem with a transfer and when i asked for help they asked me for 50 usdt to sort my problem.
