Ultra Spammers

Thankfully, we've come a long way when it comes to reducing the amount of spam in one's daily inbox, but these guys are determined to keep the tradition alive. An endless stream of disingenuous messages fishing for business, pretending that you've previously engaged with them and requested the said barrage of dross. Shameful, nothing more nothing less.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Appalling customer service - A different person responds each time, constantly having to chase them, all you receive are standard emails which don't answer your problem. Hadn't received my copy of The Week for 8 weeks but won't give me a refund!

Ordered a magazine on the 12th and still not delivered utter incompetant company not worth buying from it does not take over 17 days to post out a magazine these people are a joke looks like I will be contacting my bank to get a refund from these con artists.

also their call centres are abroad they discriminate against British people and employ sub std staff from the far east who have zero clue. we never had this sort of problem when call centres where here in the UK.

While the magazine and the content is…

While the magazine and the content is superb the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEBSITE ARE ATROCIOUS
the payment system cannot charge more than two items at a time and it charges them separately which ultimately leads to cancellation Of the order with No communication for weeks at a Time and then endless international phone calls to figure out why the order is not received or received incomplete . The final straw is the The billing system erroneously charged me 1024 US$ for a single issue YES ONE THOUSAND twenty four dollars and lead to a Fraud alert from my credit card issuer and cancellation and replacement of my credit card which is a huge inconvenience due to all the auto pay features attached to the card
Customer service reps are typically friendly but cannot provide resolution on these IT AND WEBSITE ISSUES EXCEPT please submit the orders separately and charge two items at a time .
ISBN numbers are not listed no you cannot search other book websites to compare price or delivery time

Website NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL AS THE BOOKS CONTENT and MAGAZINES ARE HIGH QUALITY ONCE YOU RECEIVE them

AVOID Future Plc

Future Plc generates lots of profits, mostly by taking money from subscribers and then not fulfilling the promises they make, ignoring customers, then closing those distribution companies after a few years. Myfavouritemagazines, MyMagazine, MagazinesDirect, et al. That is (was) all Future Plc. Just take a look at those awful customer reviews.

As they describe it to their shareholders: "In recent years Future has focused on developing a strategy to diversify its revenue streams, ensuring that it maximises the opportunity to monetise more content distribution channels. It has created a proprietary technology stack coupled with a lean operating model that enables this to happen."

AVOID.

Classic Rock magazine great, Future Publishing atrocious

Love Classic Rock magazine. hate the pirates that run it. After many years as a loyal member, I received my renewal. £55. Go on line and it is £39.99 from Classic Rock and many other organisations. Despicable. So, loyal customers can be expected to be ripped off by the thieves that run this company?

Awful company

Awful company - I've unsubscribed from their Photography Show marketing emails three times now (I have the screenshots to prove) but they still keep sending me loads of spam. BTW the Photography show is also not worth the effort.
