Futurekind ships quickly and I've never had an issue with an order. I can find products on their site that are hard to find elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend them!

I tried your multi vitamin because it has the equivalent of several of my other vitamins in 1 tab. I noticed my forgetfulness lessened with the boron in it. I tried your collagen and my fingernails have improved. Thank you for making these wonderful products.

To date, I haven't received my order. My order was placed 10 business days ago.

In checking my order status, it was been in "pre-transit" for those 10 days, waiting carrier pickup.

The email response to my order query was very polite.

Love these vitamins so far!! Especially the omega 3s that have a nice citrus scent!!!

The magnesium is great. It has been really effective at reducing my perimenopausal restless legs and tingling hands and feet. I am able to fall asleep much more quickly and comfortably.

I spent a while looking for a vegan prenatal that had all the vitamins recommended and didn’t taste horrible. I am so happy to have found Future Kind. I now take their prenatal and magnesium supplement and am very happy with both.

Everything arrived on time and although it's only been a couple of weeks. I feel like I can tell the difference with these vitamins. I have a lot of energy. My head is clear and overall. I feel really good like I'm well rested when I go to sleep as well. Definitely will continue to buy.

You resolved my issue, and were polite. I just wish it didn't take so many back and forth e-mails. If you look at my account you will see I've had bottles break multiple times, and when I opened this shipment it got tiny pieces of glass all over my couch. I had to spend 20 minutes with a flashlight and a piece of tape to get all the little pieces. I wish I didn't have to get glass all over my fingers a second time in order to take a photo to gather proof. I understand why you want to see that, but I've also been a customer for a few years now and I wish you guys would trust me. I like your company a lot and will continue to support you, so I'm not mad or anything, I know the rep was just following protocol, they didn't do anything wrong. Just wish maybe you'd change your policy on this. Moving forward, I will open your shipments over my sink just to be safe.
