Customer Service and service process
I used Shopify to purchase Gut/Brain Sleep Capsules.
No complaint with the product. But I ended up with a monthly recurring product! And trying to cancel a recurring order could give you a migraine.
As a result of this experience I will not be purchasing from them in future.

WORST customer support ever!

WORST customer support ever!! Basically non existent! You can't reach them through email or Facebook! You get no response whatsoever!! It's really unprofessional & distrusting! I'm not buying anything from this brand again.

Worst customer service anywhere

I have been buying their products for 30 years. No issue with product at all. Recently I ordered a bottle of Pressure Lo and paid almost 10 dollars for Priority Mail shipping as I live in Alaska. It should have arrived in 3 days. It did not arrive on time and I could see from the tracking number that it had been sent 'slow boat' ground shipping to Alaska. I complained by phone to 'customer service' and a rude young woman argued with me about it. I emailed several times and got short, rude replies. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they decided in my favor and refunded all my money! Then I got a rude email from the company demanding that I return the product if it ever gets here. What? So they can sell that bottle to someone else??? Incredibly bad customer service.
This company needs to fire Josh J who is the Customer Service Manager. He was really rude to me and so I filed a case with Pay Pal. Pay Pal decided in my favor and refunded the entire amount and closed the case. Mr J continued to email me and acted like I was his subordinate! He tried to argue with Pay Pal but got no where. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! One of the stipulations of using PayPal is that you have to honor their decision or they can prevent you from using their service!! Futurebiotics needs a new customer service manager and soon! He will ruin their business.
