THE ebike store.

This will be the second purchase I have made from Futuraride. They have a fantastic selection of ebikes, all a little bit different from the run of the mill standard ebikes you get from the big name stores.
Excellent value, prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Great selection. Amazing customer service and fast free delivery. Why would you shop anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Bought the bike 9 months ago and the issues still have not been resolved...

Ordered the A20F bike from Futura back in July 2021. At the time of buying the bike I spoke to customer service through the chat feature and they checked and assured me that there was one in stock in the UK and that delivery will be 3-5 days, I bought the bike from Futura because of this as the other places selling the bike would of taken at least 1 month for me to receive.
After a week and no update, I emailed them to check and they told me that they had sold out and that I had to wait and that it was coming from outside the UK and was delayed with customs. It took a month for me to receive the bike, bear in mind the only reason I purchased the bike from Futura Rides is because they told me they had it in stock and that I'd receive it within a week.
Once I received the bike(which I received no info that the bike was out for delivery), the box and packaging was damaged, there was a hole in the box and one of the pedals was hanging out of the box, upon opening the box and inspecting the bike, there are lots of deep scratches and scuffs on the body, and the pedal and brake disc was also damaged and made a noise every time it spun.
I was offered replacement parts for the affected areas but the time it took to receive the parts and the communication has been dreadful, I have not been able to even ride the bike properly since I purchased it as I eventually found more issues with the bike and have had to wait for more replacements! Up till now, I have only probably ridden the bike twice, the bike has not been fixed, and I am still waiting for confirmation that the rest of needed replacement parts will be sent out to me.
I really wish I never purchased this bike from Futura. This awful experience has dragged on and I still do not know when it will be fully resolved.

Fantastic after-sales service

Really happy with my bike ADO A20 and specially with the after-sales service provided that has been accompanying me throughout the process until the small details have been solved. Finally satisfied and grateful Ashley!

Great Customer Experience

We did lots of research on the EBikes we wanted and settled on two Fiido D2S models (in white to match our campervan!). Futura website had so much info on the bikes, & confirmed/matched the specs we had researched.
We used the web chat function & had loads of queries which Ashley answered in full, giving us the confidence to buy.
So 2-5 days delivery: No chance with the current lack of stock/drivers/patience in the UK?!? Ordered in evening on 12th, and the nice people at DPD delivered on 14th! We've had to wait for the bike helmets to come from Amazon ordered at the same time 😅
The bikes were very well packed & the internal packaging meant both bikes did not have a scratch on them - and work perfectly. As a bonus the mudguards were already fitted too, & bikes already fully charged.
Delighted with Futura, easy to contact & fast to reply, well done Ashley (& the rest of the team 😊).

Great customer service

I bought one fiido bike with futuraride which sadly was defective from the factory and wouldn’t turn left so i had an accident. The customer supports team helped me a lot and arranged for a replacement which is in good condition and i use it to travel to work. Thank You

Exceeded all expectations

Excellent delivery - I ordered my bike on a Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday.

Communication has been superb as you can speak to them live via their website. I’ve used this a couple of times and it doesn’t take long to get a response.

Regarding the bike, it’s great fun. My girlfriend was so impressed that she’s now bought one too - and yes, she got it from Futura.

I also forgot to mention that their prices seem very good as well. My (our) bikes were cheaper than we saw anywhere else.

STAY AWAY UK PEOLE - MISLEADING DROP-SHIP COMPANY

STAY AWAY UK PEOPLE! Drop shipping company making false claim that they are UK bike dealer. They based in China HK and misleading people to think they are UK bike dealer. They have youtube bloggers in Spain / EU promoting this lie and misleading people in UK. They are not even a bike dealer, they dropship items in UK, abusing UK economic. They also put up many fake reviews about themselves. Check it out yourself people. We the people in UK will not be mislead! There are many UK bike shops selling these items that why this company mislead people to think they are in UK. They claim many things that not true i,e they have warehouse in UK but won't say where, well so does UK companies they have warehouse in UK too. I don't see any reason to buy from this deceiving and misleading company.

Brought a Fiido D2S electric folding…

Brought a Fiido D2S electric folding bike from these guys, the reviews were excellent and the videos showing how good the bike was.
I contacted Frank from the company who was very prompt and professional in replying to my email questions.
The bike arrived very well packaged and easy to put together and set up to your height, it's an extremely well built bike and everything on it is qood quality.
It was so good my partner brought himself one the next day.
Thank you Frank and futura ride.
