Worst purchase ever
Worst purchase ever. I bought a custom t-shirt for a football team and it's been two weeks and I still haven't received it. The shipment was marked as delivered a week after purchase but in reality it never arrived, I'm sure of this because I was present at the shipping address entered at the delivery time. I contacted The Pitch customer service who said they would look into the situation and now almost 3 weeks after my purchase I still haven't received my product and customer service has disappeared. Kudos to you for handling situations like this. I will not recommend and choose another manufacturer
