I bought 2 gorgeous dresses on line from Futario. Depending on the style and stretchiness of a dress, I can either wear a size Small or Medium because I wear a size 34DD bra. So I ordered Small and in this case the tops just did not fit. I contacted Futario through their chat option and they will be sending me both dresses in size Medium at no charge! Now, that's what I call outstanding customer service, plus the dresses are stunning!

Great Communication and Customer Care

I had a really positive experience with Futario customer service. I accidentally placed a duplicate order for a dress, and their team responded incredibly quickly after I reached out. They were understanding, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The communication was smooth, friendly, and efficient from start to finish, which made everything stress-free and easy to resolve. I have ordered a dress for more than 1 month full paid and they informing me that thsi item is in produst line and will be shipped to me . The first date of shipping was 24 of April , now they are telling me for 3 May . I request a refund as this dress is extremlt expensive and they replier to me by offering a link to choose between items that can be shipped in 24 hours where in them is the dress I have ordered .

I ordered a blazer from Futario, and it took almost 3 months to get; then it was too small. They sent me another one that took 3 weeks to get. The quality is poor, the fit is sloppy. they gave me a bogas tracking number. I felt like I was being scammed!

I've waited for 4 months for my product and still NOTHING from Futario!

I purchased a blouse in very early February that was advertised as available online and then two months later I am trying to chase them down and find out where my product/blouse is - that was hard in and of itself - to get them to respond - then they tell me it's out of stock - then they tell me they will ship early April then they say by April 20th - well that came and went and now they are saying in May - I don't believe a word they say or that they are a legit company - they take the money and you never see the product - I feel they are a scam and I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again - I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this company - not even my worst enemy. I feel I've been scammed.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. I placed a big order from in January and fully paid for it. Part of it was delivered and a large part of it was not. They keep promising the rest of it, but I haven’t seen it and meanwhile, they are advertising the same items for sale. I asked for a refund, but they would not provide it and would only offer a credit. They have suggested they’re in the process of making I’ve ordered. First, why are they offering items for sale that have not been made yet? Second, I find their claim improbable given how many months have passed. I am only giving them two stars because the items I got were nice. But they should not keep my money if they can’t deliver. Just be careful.

Still waiting for my refund

Unfortunately I am unable to give this company a zero star rating. I am still chasing a refund dating back to early January 2026 for a jacket I bought as a Christmas present for my wife. I actually bought 2 jackets, kept 1 of them and returned the other because my wife was not keen on it. I contacted Futario, and explained the reason as to why I was returning the jacket. They said it was ok as long as the jacket was returned in its original packaging with the original lables/tags attached and there was no sign of wear and tear which there wasn't as my wife had only tried the jacket it on and it was within the time frame for returning items, so I met all their criteria for returns. They gave me their postal address and said as soon as they received it I would receive a full refund, but that was 3 months ago and still no refund. I have had the odd communication back from them asking me to keep the jacket which they now have along with my money and they would send me a free gift, but I stressed back that I was not interested and to refund my money and that is the last I have heard from them which was last month. Please be very aware of this company and do not deal with or buy anything from them as they are cheats who take your money and then hide away from you.
I am still trying my level best to get my money back because what they have done and continue to do is morally and ethically wrong taking money off hard working people.

Don't waste your time & money

I have been ordering blouses since last year. I did get one that was nice. All they do is you order, they take your money in 5 minutes and Never send you the merchandise. I e-mail them continually, they e-mail with a Run Around excuse for not sending it. I am exhausted. They have hundreds of dollars of my money and Only have excuses for not sending them to me. Do not waste your time & money.

I have been trying to return two…

I have been trying to return two dresses for weeks. I sent an email with all the information and they respond with a question. Then I answer that question and again ask how do I send this back and they respond with… Another question! I suppose they do this because some people will get tired of trying to make a return and just keep the product. It’s really wrong. I have never shopped online where a website doesn’t give you how to make returns. It’s absolutely crazy that they won’t let you return things. And their website does say their returns are easy and they take returns except there’s no information on how to do it and they will not tell you!

Quick Resolve

I had ordered a jacket that didn't end up being the perfect fit so I reached out to Futario. The company sent me a replacement item instead and offered the jacket as a gift given that I didn't like it as much. Yolo was very helpful and quick and also made it easy to resolve the challenge.

I I received a beautiful blouse from the company in small and the blouse does not fit and I reached out to the company and they were happy to resend a larger size and ask me what my measurements were so that I was able to give them some ideal what my size actually was. They then said it they would send me a medium and to keep the small as a gift. This is the best service I have ever received from an order company online and I am very impressed and will continue to give them my business.1779
