The company took our deposit and never did the move. We tried to confirm the mover for a week before and they did not return phone calls or emails. We hired another moving company the day before our move. The day of our move, someone called saying they were on the way but it was too late. They have refused to negotiate a settlement. When I sent them a letter it was returned say no such address.

They arrived 1 hour late
Then because they were 1 hour late the building wouldn't allow us to complete as the elevator reservation had expired and they ironically needed 1 more hour. They charged me an additional day plus storage and damaged my expensive modani furniture. They also stole my moving dollies and never paid for anything...

Due to difficult circumstances, our belongings had to be moved quickly and Fusion Van Lines provided the transportation that was needed. Hector Morales, our mover and driver, was kind and efficient in getting the job done for us.

I can't recommend Fusion Movers enough. They were timely, professional, and accommodating. Andrew was great at scheduling the move with little notice. The actual movers, Daniel and Dimitri were very careful with the furniture, and were pleasant to deal with.
