We bought two very reasonably priced kitchen chairs from Fusion Living six years ago and they proved to be comfortable, hard-wearing and attractive.
When we changed our colour scheme we didn't hesitate to order from them again.
Delivery was quick and a scratch on one seat was quickly sorted for us by the excellent Michelle in Customer Service. She arranged for a replacement which we received just two days later. If only all companies were so efficient and helpful!!

Just the best company and products at really affordable prices.

We purchased 4 chelsea style chairs with coloured cushions and they are perfect to go with our small round tulip style dining table.Carley and Michelle were very helpful and informative on our purchase from initial phone call to site visit.We even bought spare cushions to mix and match the colours

I have spent 1810.70 and bought 22 x Fusion Living Soho Plastic Dining Chair with Squared Dark Wood Legs (11 x red and 11 x black) and 4 x Fusion Living Soho Plastic Bar Stool with Dark Wood Legs (2 x red and 2 x black with dark wooden legs) for my restaurant. When I spoke with the customer care they told me it is safe to use in resturant environment. But, since day 1 I have been having issues with its wooden legs and some were changed couple of times. This chairs are not meant for regular use as it's legs are not solid. Joints are not glued or screwed together for stability. Because of this joints became loose and couple of them broke putting customers in danger. It has been 6 months now and I am forced to change all the 26 chairs.

Poor quality, missing parts / equipment, patronising ‘customer service’ and when agreed one solution then backtracked and tried to blame me. Suggested I used the chair without the brackets on the legs thereby rendering it unsafe to sit on - not a solution. Will clearly have to hire in someone to try and fix / make the item functional. Glad I only bought two chairs to try them out - will be buying more chairs but not from this company. I’d avoid if you want a smooth, hassle free experience.

EDIT: the company were trying to charge me almost as much as the chairs for a ‘solution’. That’s what they call customer service. Asking someone if they’ve read the instructions is INCREDIBLY patronising.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rude and unprofessional people, shoddy and over priced items.

Excellent products and services. Delivery in France was quicker than expected, Chelsea chairs are very beautiful !
Client service is perfect : I had some questions (one about the delivery, another about the chair because of a technical issue), and I have received answers very quickly by phone and email. Perfect !

Not having heard of the company before, I was dubious about making an expensive purchase but very glad I did. The pre- and after sales service provided by Michelle was excellent and the quality build of the table and chairs I have now taken delivery of has exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend buying from this company.

Having bought 2 coloured Soho chairs we were so happy with them that I ordered another one. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item but Michelle at Fusion was extremely helpful in helping me rectify this mistake so we’re very happy with our 3 different coloured chairs! Thank you Michelle and the team.

I brought the Soho dining chairs from Fusion Living and they're perfect. I also really appreciate the customer service. I had a question about tracking my order and I was able to call and speak to an actual person, which was such a nice change. Super helpful and friendly. Overall, really happy with the whole experience.

Prices advertised as £44 then change when you view item to £69. This is a scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I would have given it 0 stars if i could! We bought 3 bar stools, they sent the wrong parts for one, but all 3 are poorly made and wobble! Stitching coming out, marks all over and not worth the price you pay, like so many others on here they REFUSE to refund and will give you every excuse under the sun! Terrible company to deal with, the part of their website that they have exceptional customer service is a joke, they have no idea what exceptional is! Clearly struggling to operate and that means customers aren't allowed refunds or any rights to one!

Finally returned the items after we quoted our legal rights, we are still waiting for our refund for over a month and getting poor excuses why it hasn’t been processed. They asked us to remove the trustpilot response as they have been so good!

Bought 6 soho dining chairs and 2 soho bar stools. Great quality with good fixings and solid wood joinery. They were easy to put together and look lovely. We had an issue with one bar stool so sent an email and they replied within hours and despatched replacement parts the same day so super speedy. Really happy with our chairs and the experience. We paid for next day delivery so it was super quick delivery as well.

Similar experience to many of the reviews below regarding customer service. Appalling.

I purchased a large Chelsea tulip dining table which is not safe. Fusion are refusing to refund.

At this 120cm size the base is not wide enough and/or heavy enough for the weight of the top and our three year old was able to topple the table by leaning on it. Thankfully I caught it before it fell. The table was immediately returned in original packaging. Fusion will not refund as they say the item has scuff marks (which we were not aware of and which would have nothing to do with a return based in the table not being safe). The head of Customer Services, Michelle, advised me that she has looked at the table and "she can see what I mean but a table is for having your dinner on, not for leaning on". A table is also in a family home and should be able to be leant on by a three year old without toppling.

Fusion now want to charge me an additional £144 to return the table, which I do not want.

Beware of this company. I would question the range of products they sell (and how discerning they are as product buyers) if they are they are this dismissive of a safety issue. Also, indicative of their attitude, they refused to provide me with the name of a senior or managing director of the company in order for me to escalate. Accordingly I have now contacted trading standards.

NB There are plenty of other versions of the item for sale elsewhere with a wider base. If you are considering the Chelsea table I'd urge you to compare dimensions. I'd also question their keenness to sell as they'd called me unsolicited twice offering a discount after I'd just viewed the table online. BEWARE.

I ordered Soho chairs for my boat and when they arrived I changed my mind on the legs style. I rang to try to change the legs and was able to purchase new legs that were delivered the next day which was amazing service as I had guests arriving so needed the chairs. I am really happy with these chairs. The quality is great, they are just the look I wanted.
The customer service was fantastic.

I totally agree with some of the reviews about fusion living , we purchased 4 chairs from them, 2 of which are swivel chairs. I wouldn't say they were value for money now. We have had them for less than a year and already changed the bearings in one of them. I told them that they are not fit for purpose. All they want to do is send 2 more bases. I quite agree with other reviews don't use them, very poor customer service.

Dreadful customer service. Ordered chairs from the outlet but when they arrived they were the wrong colour and damaged. Was told I couldn’t return them! So I can’t use them because they don’t match my decor, can’t sell them because they’re damaged! Really angry.

Same experience as others on here. Table arrived in a wooden crate that is not easy to open - you need tools. Because it was Easter Saturday and there was no sign of the chairs we left the crate to open on our return from the Easter break. When we did open it the table top was scratched - with what look like production marks. Because we unpacked it when the chairs were delivered 4 days later they will not replace the table top.

I deeply regret buying from this company.

I recently purchased a white swivel chair for my dressing table. I am so happy I did. I have been searching for months and couldnt find anything the right height! This one was perfect (with the seat height at 47cm) and the dazzling choice of seat cushion colour options was amazing. I went for the Chelsea beige, which is a lovely, soft, neutral colour. The chair was simple to put together (6 bolts attached using alum key) and the seat cushion is detachable using 4 sticky velcro pads (good, strong adhesive). The swivel is good and silent. All in all, I'm very happy. I hope it lasts many years.
