i have had an email stating that fuse are no longer operating they have all my details my claim has been going on now for around 18mths now the last email i got was to sign paper work to get my claim calculated two days later they said they are no longer operating what the hell is going on have i been robbed? were do i go to report this?

I've submitted many PPI claims since 2011 and have been successful in most cases. Recently I have been looking at PPI Plevin claims, and this requires good litigation solicitors. Having been successful on a previous claim I decided to do the most recent claim with Fuse Legal. They were extremely efficient and there was far less "red tape" involved. My advice is if you go through them, follow Thier instructions,and advice, sign the required documentation, its a lot easier than going through other advertised law firm's.

Contacted by them in August for a plevin refund, still not had any information regarding the claim, emailed them and received one reply from Sandra Ajayi asking for my name and postcode to find my account, found it strange they didn’t ask for a reference number (which I never received) that’s it heard nothing more since

A mixed bag from this company! It’s been just under 2 years since this claim was started, it’s been passed around to various different people and to begin with was not dealt with very well. When expressing my dissatisfaction I dealt with a Mike who was extremely rude and finally a man called Robert got involved who handed my file to Rabia Munir who actually got the he claim moving and it has finally been brought to a resolution this week. Rabia has been excellent in communicating with me and getting the best offer from Santander, it’s such a shame I had to loose my rag in order to get anywhere, all the staff at Fuse should be as good as Rabia and she really does know her stuff. Unless your case is dealt with by somebody like Rabia this company are not worth the high commission they charge, pelvin sometimes get complicated so I did require Rabias expertise, so thanks Rabia for all of your help you really did a great job but such a shame not all staff at Fuse are so helpful and knowledgeable. I would give Rabia 5 stars but can’t mark this review as 5 due to the poor previous Service received

Plevin Claim
I was contacted by Fuse Legal over a year ago saying I had a valid case. All the information was submitted so I waited and waited and waited. I heard nothing and sent numerous emails requesting an update and had one reply saying it was with the litigation team. It’s now about 14 months so I don’t hold up any hope.

Claim submitted on the 12th June, appreciate it takes time to investigate etc. however the bank were given 28 further days on the 12th Sept have been chasing ever since for an update and sent several emails but not heard anything. During the time the claim has been ongoing I’ve had to chase for updates. Only on one occasion have they contacted me. I don’t hold up much hope, not the best company to deal with in terms of communication

Was contacted by Fuse legal to inform me I was still owed PPI, Although the 6 year claim period had expired. There were very professional from the start of my claim to the finish witch I won with there help.
If your still owed PPI, I highly recommend Fuse legal.

Review when claim recieved

Claim started over a year ago and I have not had any communication with fuse. So I contacted them in May and I was told my case is with the litigation team and hasn’t been picked up by them yet. nearly 5 months later and I’m given the same excuse with the reasoning that they are short on staff, so if you can’t deal with the cases they already have why persistently taken on more. The lack of communication the lack of staff and staff knowledge on claims
Have left me with nothing good to say about this company.

Successful Plevin Claim.

I had a successful Plevin Claim which was dealt with by Rabia Munir, who was very professional, keeping me updated with the progress of the claim at Fuse Legal. I would like to thank her for her patience and support throughout the process and as a result of her persistence, i have got a nice sum of money coming to me. If I could I would not give any stars at all to this company. I believe I am a very patient person but this bunch really have pushed me to the edge! Under advice I applied for a Plavin refund and this wanted granted through the courts in May with a 28 day deadline on fund release. Guess what? No release. I contacted Fuse Legal and they promised to look into it. Another few weeks go by and eventually they say the funds have been released to them. This was weeks ago. In the meantime I am emailing them but they do not answer their emails. Finally this week I have been told that the person who has been dealing with the release of my finds has been on annual leave for the past 3 weeks!!! Well lucky old them is all I can say!!!!
