I spoke to Lily about my one utility…
I spoke to Lily about my one utility bill contract. She cleared up a lot of the confusion I had around whether to cancel or continue until the end of my contract (which I am ending because I am moving out of student accommodation and back in with my parents rather than for any negative reason- I would definitely use one utility in the future). She made it clear which option would save me the most money and sent a follow up email clarifying that which I was confused about. This excellent service is one of the reasons why I will continue to use one utility when I am away from home.

Great Service
We have been with Fused Bills for one year already, who have helpfully managed our bills, included outstanding payment letters from our current property’s previous energy supplier- even though we had never signed with them. Samuel, where to begin. What a legend. Samuel rang me up to offer assistance in setting up my bills package for the coming year today, and took a lot of stress and work off my hands. Absolutely above and beyond professional service, super friendly in conversation, and hands down one of the best people I’ve dealt with in customer service, if not the best. He ensured I got the best possible offer on the services we were renewing (already been with Fused for a few years, I would recommend them to any student) and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Thanks so much for the assistance today Samuel, I did not expect to be reached out to and have everything literally sorted out for me, while being given complete clarity on what it was being provided to us. If I carry on, I’ll get too corny! But I have to say that he has restored my faith that there’s people out there who do care about doing their job properly and genuinely want to help people.
