That absolute worst company I have ever…

That absolute worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered a scratch post in April. The company let me know it was back ordered due to demand and I would receive in June. I waited. When I emailed 4 times at the end of June…. I NEVER received responses. When I finally contacted via instagram, I got a BS response offering me $10 discount and that product was coming. That said , every response was auto generated (like all of the ones you see below. It is July 4th. I received a message yesterday that they can’t place my order any longer because I stopped payment… to which I NEVER did.
This company SUCKS so bad. I’m sure I will see a garbage auto generated response to this review. The worst company I have ever used for a nothing product.

I really love this company and its products. The only thing I don't care for is how long it takes to get what was ordered. The products are well made and last.

Product Shipping Delayed

I ordered a product and instead of shipping in 2-3 days that was listed on the website it is now expected to arrive a month after I ordered it. There has been no tracking information given.

I have bought three of the three clear…

I have bought two of the three clear furry feeding bowls and they have both easily broken. The blue bowl is heavier and isn't as cheaply made. I want a blue replacement bowl for the two
cheaply made clear bowls.
