Terrible food I belive it is a big scam.
Complicated return policy

Great quality, ethically sourced and researched backed dog food. We have two dogs in the family, a toy poodle and a Pomeranian, and both are now on the Furry Family food and snacks. We will definitely continue to feed our dogs with it. Love the fact that everything is grass fed and such high quality.

I've got a test bag sent to my dog, but the bag was ripped open and it was a rainy day and snails all over the bag. I contacted the customer service and told them that I don't want to give this to my dog, and wanted it to be replaced. The customer service said that they could do it, but not before I've tested it on my dog and let him try eating it, so they didn't sent a new until they knew if he liked it or not.
I was really clear I didn't want to give him something that perhaps could be contaminated, because he has issues with his stomach, and need Fortiflora frequently.
It ended with me paying the bill, and put it right in the trashcan.
I won't give my dog anything that been outside for a whole day in an open bag in rain and snails.

I have a very picky 8 year old chihuahua, where I have tried several different foods for picky dogs. It has always ended with him not wanting to eat or eating very little.

When I chose to try this, I had a very nice conversation with the salesperson to find out which food type was the best fit. I received a FREE sample bag and salmon oil to see if this could work for him. At first he was a little unsure, but once he got to eat some and together with the salmon oil he became much better at eating.

The shocking thing was that his fur also got much better. We didn't always want to have him on our laps for long periods of time because he always shed a lot of fur. Now he sheds much less and he gets a lot more cuddles thanks to this food and salmon oil.

We've recently started using their kibbles for our 8 month old energetic puppy, so we can feed him outside the house and use more creative ways (box feeding or scatter feeding, anyone??) than with raw food - which is our preference otherwise. His stools are fine, sadly not as firm as with raw food but I find that it is an unachievable goal with anything that does not contain bones so not a fault of the product per se. He does enjoy the taste and is very happy to work his little skinny bum off for the reward, they are quite tiny so versatile to hide around the house or in the woods, and of good quality. So much so that we're now thinking of using them for our older pup (4 years old neutered female) too during the daytime so we can take them with us on walk, and keep her on raw in the evenings.

The dog food is nice, but the website experience is really bad. They have no English version, and if I use Chrome translator, the ordering system always crashes and I need to contact the company to ask them to place an order for me.

We got a 6 kg food to test for just 1 kr through Klarna. The shipping was great.

We are very happy with the quality of the food 2 weeks so far, our dog (she is very picky with her food) waits impatiently to have her meals. Will definitely reccomend and continue with our subscription.
