The most disrespectful service i ever found. I ordered 4 tires from their website and after 10 days i received 2 tires> when i asked them they got back to me after a week . And i was told that 2 other tires got returned for insufficient address and i should contact fedex about it. When i contacted fedex they told me there is a hold from the shipper they are the only one who can change anything. After talking with them for like 2 months, i usually used to get reply after a week after i asked them something. So after 2 months they sent me half refund telling that they were low in stock thats why they sent 2 tires. Save your self from them. Dont buy from them it will be a horrible experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. A complete scam. My husband ordered tires from here, they sent a tracking number and everything said they were on the way. Then said they had to be sent back due to the wrong address. So we asked for a refund, no response back, won’t answer our calls or emails. Complete scam.

I deleted my last comment, because I actually received my order. I was worried because they had never sent me a tracking after my purchase. So that's when I found all these comments about Fraud & Scam. Then, I contacted them via telephone, but they never picked up the phone. So, after several emails, they finally sent me a tracking number and took about 2 weeks to receive my order.

I am giving a 3 star due to the lack of communication.

You charged my credit card 8/18/2023 for a grill I ordered. No contact from you, so had to email asking where my grill was - this done on 9/17/2023. You lied and stated some 3rd party "vendor"?? is responsible for not fulfilling my order and then you tell me to contact my credit card company. YOU handled this,YOU took my money ---- this is nothing but FRAUD!!!! You are not a legitimate company, you are pathetic. Will report you to the better business bureau.

100% scam! Fake phone# for support! The 844# actually was stolen from a legit Ag company and the address is fake! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!

I made a $461.97 purchase on 8/19/2023 & was scammed. Product never received, my credit card was charged. I tried chasing the transaction down every avenue & eventually reached a company of a different name that informed me a Chinese company had stolen their website, physical address, phone numbers & is portraying themselves as a legit business when they are not. is a complete FRAUD! The company who had they address & phones stolen is involved with their legal team but because Furriend is a Chinese based company, their attorneys cannot do anything. If you are a victim of FRAUD by Furriend, don't wait, notify your credit card company ASAP to try to get a refund of your purchase!

This site is a scam. For my birthday my mother bought me a grill for the deck and the item was never delivered. We reached out 4 times until the person answered and they informed me that it was a scam and that we should dispute the charge from our credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Of course, this kind of company changes contact info often.
