Not 1 star it's a BIG FAT ZERO STAR. I Ordered a lamp about a year ago for £120 and still not received anything not even an email to apologise. If they had anything about them they would contact me and refund me. It's nearly impossible to contact them. AVOID at all costs. Shouldn't be allowed to get away with treating customers like this.

We never got our money back
We bought a table lamp and returned it but we never got our refund. They never gave us any explanation other than one or two comments saying stuck at customs it has been over 9 months and lost the money.
There is not an option for ‘no star’ hence the star.
Don’t buy anything from this seller!
Avoid at all costs
Purchased a faux leather seat from them. The material has all come away from the seat and is now being taken to the dump as it is not useable. Reached out in August last year to them and they responded saying they were looking into it and despite 10+ attempts to contact them since they have not responded to any email since.

I think they were just counting down clock on credit card chargeback 120 days, but fraud has a longer time limit so I shall try that

Now they've ghosted me since December 6th, their Instagram doesn't work, email bounces and I've raised a dispute through my bank. Never had this happen before, shocking behaviour of a company.

Purchased a light in November, despite sending at least 20 different contacts, was told item dispatched and they would chase it up have heard nothing since. Would like a refund but reading other reviews it looks unlikely.

Ordered in October. Chased several times. Was told several times it was on its way, gave up and cancelled the order. I was told I’d get a refund but nothing. Chased but still no joy, their email has now been disconnected so no way of chasing (Jan 2025)!! . A 3rd party contacted me aswell to tell me they have my order, but can’t send on because Furnwise owed them money, but would sell direct at discount!! they are def in financial trouble but are still taking orders without fulfilling them also on Amazon (whom i have made aware)! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!

I bought a Dax 4 light pendant in grey on 12/11/24. No shipping went ahead, when I contacted them I was told they would chase the shipment to provide tracking details on several occasions but never to be told any tracking details. This light was £360 so not cheap. So glad I paid through my PayPal as I don’t think I would have got my money back otherwise? Filed a claim through PayPal but had to wait the full amount of time for Furnwise not to have any contact through PayPal so I was then refunded. What a rubbish company!
Order NOT fulfilled, NO credit for payment they received!
I have ordered from Furnwise a few times and they have been good. Unfortnately my recent experience has been bad. My November ordered wasn't fulfilled. I then received a note saying they would issue me a credit to Paypal. Paypal confirmed they had been noted of a credit but this was reversed. I chased Furnwise who would not give me an answer. I have been forced to raise a credit card dispute. I fear this company is in financial trouble.....

Terrible Experience after being a previous customer of Furnwise.
On the 10th of November 2024, I ordered and paid for a light fitting by credit card.
I received an order number and an invoice number by email.
I did not receive a delivery date or tracking number.
I contacted Furnwise on the 28th November and received an email back saying that they would escalate the issue.
I heard nothing at all and re-contacted them on the 7th and 12th of December, the last cancelling the order and asking for a refund in full.
I still have heard nothing and today contacted my credit card company (23rd December) to raise a dispute.
Hope this helps you in making the right decision...
