The rosebud 4-Piece Wicker Outdoor Balcony Settingis is beautiful and very solid, the real thing is consistent with the advertisement photo. I like them. also delivery is very quick.

bad communication, order was delayed months and months

I had a couple of issues with a slight lack of information flow, so I made a call on their enquiry line. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to an employee who worked for FurnitureOkay and not someone in a generic call centre. Danie was very helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out my query professionally.

The Coolaroo umbrella costing $1100 was as good as and, had some aspects, which were better than another that cost us $3500 two years ago. e.g. The LED lights, the ability to tilt the umbrella off horizontal, the cover with build in rods and the rotating mechanism were all excellent features.

Very happy with my purchase and buying experience. Items were in stock, which I struggled to find elsewhere. Happy overall.

Very nice range to choose from and they had just what I wanted although I didn't know that until I saw it. Well priced as well and the shipping was reasonable (for once). Perfect outdoor chairs, French looking, but also light and in an interesting colour combination of brown and black. Very impressed - and they arrived quickly as well.

A Great Start:
I just took delivery of the Rosebud Wicker 2 seater. Far from the predicted 3 week delivery delay, it arrived at my front door (in Sydney) in a mere 8 days. It more than meets our expectations in build quality, looks and comfort.
I would have loved the Rosebud Wicker Low Dining Table but it is best matched with the 3 seater. If only the manufacturer could be persuaded to produce a version the same beautiful design measuring 112cms x 55cms it would sell spectacularly well to those with the Rosebud 2 seater and with smaller balconies. Here’s hoping.

Viewed items in store in Fortitude Valley, staff were helpful and friendly and wrote up a sales quote for us. Ended up ordering directly online which was quick and easy and delivery was super fast, called before to check i'd be home and delivery team were also helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, one of the products had a faulty button. When I called to let them know, they had a replacement out to me within days and tested it was working when they delivered to be sure.
Overall great service and really happy with the products.

The Crossray excel electric bbq does not perform adequately and I would not recommend it.
The after sales advice was dismissive of our dissatisfaction and didn't address my questions on how to achieve the best result from the BBQ.
