Item is exactly as described. No problems at all. It came packaged very well, I did not use the white glove service. Box was very heavy definitely want to use two people to carry it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a concrete media console from them just over a year ago. Several months into owning the piece cracks started to form even though there was no weight on the shelves. Now having had it for just over a year it is completely covered in cracks and I can't even have it on display in my home. The company won't pick up the phone or return my calls. When I showed them the photos of the cracks they said it's a 'cosmetic' problem and that it will be expensive for me to order new shelves but they can send me a concrete repair kit to 'experiment with'. These are active (growing larger) stress fractures from poor manufacturing and there is no way to hide or repair them.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
