Delighted with purchase. Excellent value fror money. Early delivery. Good communication with delivery staff who were friendly, efficient and very careful with stair entry. Left the place very tidy....and nice touch with their Boots removed. Would recomend. Thanks again.

Poor customer Service
I never thought I would ever write negative feedback to Furniture I store but I'm extremely disappointed. I bought tan leather sofas, a 3 seater and two -one setters end of Feb 2026. The items were delivered in March 2026 but by beginning June 2026, the top back rests were showing signs of ripping. So disappointed. I spent a lot of more money on this set of settee and it looked really nice and comfortable. Everyone was commenting that they were so nice. Unfornately after encountering this problem, I contacted Furniture store about this as this not okay, it had just been 3 months. I was told to send an email explaining the issue and to send in proofs. I did this on 10 June 2016, up to now, no one has bothered to respond to me. I even called last week to chase this up and I was told someone was going to ring me back to resolve my issue. Guess what? No one rang me back. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Great Sofa, Great Price, Fantastic Service
What a fantastic company these guys are. They are the cheapest on the market have great customer service and delivery and set up done we paid a bit extra to have the settee set up and packaging taken away. They were careful bringing it in and very polite and courteous. The sofa is extremely comfy and well made, the colour is perfect couldn't be happier will happily recommend them to all I know. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
