Order was simple Thank you! Superb customer service.

Order was simple and incredibly cheap compared to others for exact same mattress. Supplier messed up delivery date so our order was delayed but Furniture Direct UK couldn’t have been kinder about resolving the situation.
Rushed our order over the next PM after it had been delivered to them 2 days late. Thank you so very much for going the extra several miles for us!
So looking forward to going to bed tonight on our new mattress.
Will definitely look to shop with you again and would highly recommend your prices AND your excellent customer service to everyone.

Italian lamp tables.

Best price online that I seen for my tables.
12 week wait, but this was mentioned on the website . Came on the 11th week.
Overall delighted with purchase and delivery .

Just Received

Just taken delivery of our purchase so not checked contents however got to say that the guys who delivered it were absolutely first class (Barry & Ian). Went out of their way to get the delivery into our house safely which was far from easy. Extremely courteous and helpful throughout. Will review again once packing opened up but until this point, service has been excellent.

Good Customer Experience

Had to chase a for delivery date but replied promptly, then turned around quick.Very good overall service, price was competitive too. Based on my experience, I would recommend and use again.

Super Quick Delivery

Bought the Kayflex Capri 1000 mattress after sleeping on a friend's, only once. I have a back injury and without doubt recommend this mattress. It's phenomenal! Amazing turn time of just 3 days from order to delivery. All in all BRILLIANT!

Absolutely diabolical service

Absolutely diabolical service. Stated ready assembled which is why we bought the wardrobes as myself and wife are both disabled. The doors were separate and parts from one of the wardrobes were missing, the supplier insisted they’d been sent out twice, we didn’t receive them. We’d to get someone in to unpack them and take away all the packaging and put the doors on. He them had to come back when the parts did arrive to put the other doors on. One side of the wardrobe is bowed. When we asked the company to pick them up and take them back and give us a full refund, they said they couldn’t do it as they were large pieces of furniture. They offered £50 compensation which does not cover the cost we’ve had to pay to get them sorted. 6 weeks of nothing but aggro

We ordered wiemann sliding door…

We ordered wiemann sliding door wardrobes from furniture direct and were advised 6-8 weeks till delivery. Approx 6 weeks later we received a phone call to say the wardrobes had arrived and they were delivered promptly! We had 35 parts to these wardrobes and only one had slight damage from transit. The delivery men were excellent, passing all items through a ground floor window to us. Got in touch with Ajaz and he promptly ordered a replacement for the damaged item (same sort of timescale again, to be expected as the wardrobes come from germany!) The wardrobes were easy to construct and far cheaper than local. All in all a great buy! THANKYOU! Chris Storer.
