Don’t buy anything from these cowboys! Had corner couch delivered over 4 weeks ago with no cushions! Advised cushions were coming on another delivery… still waiting! Also missing legs & couch could be faulty! Have been advised they would be back in touch but they just ignore you!
I’ve emailed and called they couldn’t give a damn!
So I have an un assembled couch with NO cushions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FURNICO!!!!!!

I’m actually not happy with this company- so I ordered a bed but it isn’t the same as the picture.
I went through the complaints process basically their response was as if they didn’t care and tried come up with some excuses. Only to find out today after two weeks my bed that should have been delivered is sitting in a warehouse even the mattress is horrible ! First my sofas my two seater came with no legs and the bed isn’t matching picture they have on there website of what I’ve ordered . I’ve been sleeping on my bedroom floor on my old mattress I suffer with back problems and do you think these people care. It’s wrong, you can’t advertise something on your website and then send something that doesn’t even match the description. I’m now looking to take this matter further and after doing some research I can see they have already been in the National papers I might consider that too if it’s not sorted. Terrible customer service , I asked for a manager to call me since yesterday and they haven’t. Had I researched them before hand I would have stuck to who I usually order from because I’ve never experienced this . I’m basically stuck with a bed that isn’t opened and left with debt ! I’m calling trading standards and the financial ombudsman!

Edit- after god knows how many weeks they came and collected the items. They could have given me a better offer and resolved the matter fairly. They didn’t want to ! I went 3 months without a bed . Avoid using this furniture shop they are really unprofessional and horrible!

This is the WORST company I have EVER come across. Ordered a DARK GREY Aston corner sofa bed TWO WEEKS AGO. Heard nothing for over a week. The finally get told they deliver when it’s convenient for THEM not you, the customer. Finally agree a delivery date of Friday 12th July so take the day off work to wait in. They email me to tell I was never getting to delivered that day!!! Was not told any different. After arguing they finally agree to deliver the next day. Then receive phone call from them to advise that the sofa I paid for has been sold to someone else but they can give me a different colour. The complete OPPOSITE to what was ordered. Was told I either take it or wait 2 weeks. Just moved into a new home as mine burnt down so I have zero furniture. This sofa bed was to for me to use til my insurance paid out so now have nothing to sleep on at my new home. Oh and I currently have bowel cancer also. DO NOT use this company. Disgusting “customer service”. Don’t care about you or the inconvenience they cause, they just care about turning a quick profit no matter who is inconvenienced. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Great service from start to finish. Delivery on time and garden set was well packaged. Fantastic product. Very happy customer ** Edit - Still waiting for the £10 Amazon voucher though which was promised if I left a review and sent a picture of my garden **

This company is incompetent of telling you the truth about your order it has just be lies from the staff regarding the delivery of my mattress a have received the bed and drawer which was a nightmare but the mattress is a new kettle off fish been told it will be delivered at weekend no mention of if its q weekend this year would avoid

Great customer service and fast delivery. Lovely garden furniture set, easily fits my family of 6 and guests. Came with a free rain cover which is very much appreciated with the changes in weather. Delivery was great as the set wouldn’t fit through the back gate so the guys took it out of the box for me so it would fit.

Ordered a 3 and 2 seater in black came within a week and delivery men were very nice and I'm very pleased with my order would highly recommend.

We absolutely love the garden furniture set. So comfy! The sofas were already put together. And most of the table. Just add to attach the legs and the fire pit which was so easy. Very happy with this purchase.

At first I wasn't satisfied but eventually it was sorted out and I love the sofa bed even though I waited along time it finally got finalised and I'm happy but if there is an item out of stock even the color please remove it because this issue needs improving thanks Furnico Living
