Great price, product and delivery

My purchases through Lumibricks is always a positive experience. Great benefits and awesome service. Supportive staff. The light sets are wonderful and easy to install, this Company always have specials and discounts .. I recommend this brand and Company

Ordered online, process was easy. product showed up very fast and without damage, they were packed very well. Parts went together very well and hold fairly tight. The only downfall for me would be their mini fig design. I personally will be using their designs with my own mini figs.

Lumibricks makes great sets with a lot of details, and the newer sets have printed tiles, no stickers. The best: the light are included and gives the builds life!

great reliable altenative to Lego. Well made, nicely packaged, great brick quality and half the price of a lego set.

I love the kits Lumibricks have, my only complaint is they run out of stock so quick that is my only issue. Love the lighting system really brings out the kits that you make. I really do love Lumibricks have all the western town they are amazing. I really wanted the Haunted House but it was sold out before I even had a chance. I would tell everyone Lumbricks are the best builds.

My order was despatched, but a few days later, according to the tracking it was “returned to seller for unknown reasons.” When I contacted Lumibricks, the AI response was that the order had bern fulfilled and I was sent a link to the tracking. The link showed exactly what I had reported - “returned to seller for unknown reasons.” When I sent a screen shot of this, the AI response was that it had made a mistake and would get a human response. And that is the last I have heard.

Quick delivery and very enjoyable to build, will take pride of place in my collection of buildings.

I have ordered several sets from Lumibricks (formerly Funwhole) and all of the sets have been high quality, all prints and no stickers (except for some of the earlier products) and every set comes with a light kit that enhances the display value. The instruction manuals are high quality and very clear. Ordering from them is very easy and oftentimes is accompanied by an incentive or sale even though the prices are very competitive against other brands and sets of the same size or type. ( remember- all prints and lighting kits with every set)
My one criticism would be that the vehicles in these sets could be a little tighter design wise.
The designers are very quick to improve design and techniques so this isn't a major problem. Learning as they go.
Quality product from packaging (which is incredible )to build.
Quality customer service.
Quality company.
Would recommend to even the most die hard fans of other companies (and have).

Great detail. Clear instructions. Value for your dollar. Quality lighting system. And I like that you got rid of the decals. I’m not against decals. I wasn’t a fan of your decals on some builds. They were brittle and hard to apply. It would be nice to see some come back. In a more stable form. Look forward to doing my next set. Alpine observation is a great build.

I’ve ordered from Lumibricks multiple times, and while shipping can take a bit longer (the company is based in China), it’s absolutely worth the wait. It might help if Lumibricks reminded customers about that up front so folks know what to expect — because the builds and customer service truly deliver.
