The sign i ordered came broken I knew it was broken before I even opened it because of the condition of the box it came in. I tried to contact them but can't find a phone number is even use the email that they had but no response so I'm going to let my bank get my money back by reporting them as fraud.
"It is not given to anyone that the delivery takes longer. I need this order as soon as possible and you don't get money or anything like that either.
The single picture of the article is completly missleading. It suggests a massive 3D object. What you get is a completly flat cut out photo on wooden desk. It's not enough to write that they use 2D design in the description's last line!
Additionally it took 40 days before I got the article, nevertheless I paid for express.
Positiv: we ordered the couple picture tree for five pictures. As it was not possible to define during the order how to place them, it was possible to at least define which picture goes into the centre in the heart by mail.
Negative: it was not well packaged, so one leaf was broken off. And the photos were partially not so well placed or size-adapted.
As a conclusion: it was still a nice gift, but the quality could really be improved

The product doesn’t seem like on the picture. It has a white cable but it is too short. One of the products is too small even though I have ordered a larger one. None of us liked them. No one wants to use it. It was a mistake.

This company sold me a Chinese cheap rip off version of a front door sign. It was plastic not metal as advertised. It was a USB connection so no good at all to put on the front of my house. Endless conversations with them about a refund. Now they have completely scammed me by telling me to close the PayPal dispute & money still not returned. Do not use everything is complete rubbish and poor cheap quality. What a waste of £40!

Hello, unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. It looks very cheap and the lighting is unprofessional with a light strip that was already out of place when it arrived. After the product was hung up, the lighting came off completely, which I find unacceptable for the price. The labeling is OK.

The personalized dart board is very well made, the only thing that's really wrong is that the LED light bar is too short and a whole word is not illuminated, which unfortunately doesn't allow the target to be seen well. 3 cm more light bar made the window look perfect. Even if you had to pay a little more for it. That's why only 3 stars instead of 5.

Quality is very good and nice, but the delivery time was too long. It was said within 5-12 days, so I ordered by the end of November, so I could give the present punctually. But instead of begin of december it came on end of december.
