Not only did I have to contact support…
Not only did I have to contact support multiples times about my address but the mug is not how it looked in the photo. In the photo and description it seemed to be 2d poke balls instead they are just printed on the mug and do not resemble the picture or description at all.

Shipping timeframes are a lie
I received an email that said last day to order for standard shipping and arrive by Father’s Day. Father’s Day came, my order didn’t. First year as his wife and he had nothing to open on a day he should be celebrated.

Items came late and not in good…
Items came late and not in good condition. Cool concept, cute gifts. Poor quality. Mug print uneven and pixelated. T-shirt the print stuck together and ripped when I opened the shirt. Like the stuck it together without letting it dry. Very poor quality items. Reached out to customer service so we will see if they fix the issue. I’ve already sent them pictures of the issue and they requested additional photos even though you can already see the issue with the items. Sad that I have to keep responding to them about things that they messed up. Will update as to if they resolve the issue or not. Wish I could add pictures on here.
UPDATE:
They reached out and offered replacements and told me that my items would be checked by quality control upon sending. I received the new items and my mug is blurier than the first time! The t shirt was folded after it cooled off so the print didn’t stick this time but the print color is completely different than the one I ordered originally. And upon looking at both shirts front and back, the print on them doesn’t match on both shirts. The large wording print is a different color of yellow/gold on the front than it is the back and then a different shade between the two different shirts. Four different colors total. I emailed them AGAIN and have not heard back. If I don’t hear back again I will update this and then do my best to figure out how to hold them accountable.

Great Gift for Dad!
Exactly as pictured on preview shown as I was creating it. Regular shipping said it wouldn't be here until after Father's Day but to my delight, it showed up at 3pm the day BEFORE Father's Day!

Incorrect Size Received
The shirt I received is not the correct size and they are saying that it is even when I get them pictures of the shirt tag. This was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day and he can’t even wear it. The picture quality is poor as well. I requested a refund and haven’t received a response back. I do not recommend.

I ordered a T-shirt for a Father's Day gift and the front is spelled correctly, but on the back one name was misspelled. The shirt itself was of great quality and the printing was clear. Attention to detail was missing with the spelling.
