I have an ongoing dispute on FunPay where dozens of my orders were taken back from me. I reported the seller, but FunPay refuses to take responsibility. They told me to let them know if the seller adds a balance. Why should I be the watchdog when I paid them a commission to act as a secure intermediary?

On top of that, they permanently banned me just for sharing my Telegram address. The error screen clearly states this is a minor violation and the ban should be lifted, but support blocked my access completely. They are doing this so I cannot follow up on my dispute and to seize the hundreds of dollars I am owed. Stay away from this platform!

I advise against using this seller. There was a problem during the raid; the order was confirmed, but it took 5 hours to complete the raids for players who had already done them. There was no compensation for this issue; their only solution was for me to buy another boost so they could give me a 10% discount. I do not recommend this seller; there are plenty of much better ones!

This site is a marketplace. There are good sellers and bad sellers. To find good sellers, check the age and rating of the seller accounts. If you buy from high-rated and established accounts, you're unlikely to have any problems.

I was a seller on this website. A complaint came up, and I resolved it by calming the situation and offering compensation. The buyer removed the complaint and confirmed that they have no claims against me. However, support has been ignoring my messages for two whole days and doesn’t seem to be planning to respond. I have about €25 in my balance, and I can’t withdraw it because support won’t reply. If you’re looking for a platform to sell on, FunPay is not the best choice!

It's a marketplace for others to sell, so it can be variable how good the service is but customer support for funpay is incredible and always fair.
