A really awesome shop and website! The game selection is perfect for tabletop gamers and card game players. I love the unique variety available and how much customer support there is.
The only downside is I'm probably going to go broke because I want pretty much every game they have.

In Last War, I purchased the Weekly Pass. But despite the fact that Apple charged me $19.99, the claim button never lit up. I had this issue before, but their support claimed that I received the items. So to prove I didn't receive it, I purchased it again, which shouldn't be possible if I had purchased it already. Despite the fact that I was twice billed for the same item within minutes. Support didn't care. I've spent thousands on my character. Now I feel like they're holding it hostage.

Hi Joao, thank you for your feedback. Let me assure you, that this is not a scam. I have responded to you on the email I got from you, and the parcel has been shipped.
The parcel is with Royal Mail, you should have got the tracking from the website. RM tends to deliver parcels, but there are cases where they fall behind. I suspect this to be the case as why this hasnt beed delivered.
