My moms last passage in words
I made an error in my mom’s name and I called to see what they would be able to do for me. Before I could ask they offered to reprint with 50% off my new order. I was so grateful and thankful that the process was so easy and that Funeral prints was so understanding of my situation. Great experience
Actually arrived on time (thanks UPS!!), which is extremely hard to get these days (referencing FedEx - which took 2 weeks to deliver an overnight envelope to a city 1.5 hours aways from me, but still charged for overnight delivery - & I digress...even though it has happened three times now, but I am forced to use FedEx). Looked great, even though their site said the image was not high enough quality. I did speak to a customer service lady somewhere in between, & she was super sweet, kind, & reassuring. Had a great experience all the way around. I do recommend.

Find out price first
Absolutely great product! However the price showed like just a few dollars until checkout te first time I went to check out the bill went from like 40 to 197.00. So I thought maybe I made a mistake so I deleted the product and went and did it again after checking out this time the price jumped to like 225.00then they hit you with a delivery fee.
So total almost 300.00.
I had already invested my time so I paid that crazy amount.
Quality came out very nice though and pretty easy software to use.
But the bait and switch on people that are going through a terrible moment in their lives is just horrible.
Again Quality gets 5 star.

These samples include a watermark on both sides, as noted on our website, and the cost of a single sample does not reflect our bulk pricing. Definitely 5 stars! Funeral Prints does a great job of printing... I had three poster prints completed, and they look absolutely beautiful. I love the options they've provided and the printing is super good. However, I did find the website frustrating and challenging. I kept trying, over and over, to upload high-resolution photos, with failure after failure. I "chatted" with the chat-bot, which produced no help. I called them on the phone, and again, they couldn't tell me how to properly reduce the file size so that the site would accept the photos. Also, it was just about as frustrating that one of the posters I produced, a collage, was frustratingly difficult to get images properly uploaded. Try after try, and then, finally... got it to work. I asked ChatGPT about it, and it said this exactly: "The error messages you’re seeing:
“Out of memory” / “Error adding photo”
👉 almost always means:
the image has too many total pixels (not DPI, not MB)."
So, I reduced all images down to a maximum width of 2,500 pixels and left the height to auto-adjust, and this solved the problem. But, this was a very frustrating experience! If it weren't for ChatGPT's help, I would have just about given up!
Still, there is no other company that is producing such good products for funerals and memorials, and for that, I'm still giving them 5 stars!

Remembering Dad
Our Dad passed after a long battle with dementia. We thought he had more time and never thought it would happen this quick. I was so happy to find Funeral prints on line.
