Fundkite has EXTREMELY HIGH interest rates on short term MCA loans. I received a loan from them earlier this year for $25K and paid it off 4 months later to the day and realized that I had paid them $2,999.25 per month for the 4 months that I was with them. People please don't make the same mistake I did! There are MANY, MANY other lenders out there who will save your business thousands of dollars. Avoid Fundkite at all costs!!! Re: As expected Fundkite responded in typical fashion as if I am a spambot. I am a small business owner who was in a bit of a jam with taxes and needed funding quickly but made the mistake of signing on with them. They HIDE the interest rates with PAYBACK RATIOS or whatever they want to call them. Go elsewhere folks. Companies like Fundkite are NOT here to help rather to put you in MORE DEBT! AVOID Fundkite at ALL costs!!!

Took more than the expected time. Everyday underwriting would request more docs. Finally was funded in one day form another company.

Review Update: After my original review, Sal from FundKite called to find out what the problems were. He was very nice and helpful. Found out the person handling my paperwork was no longer with the company. Unfortunately FundKite could not help me at this time, but Sal indicated that he would see if there were other avenues he might be able find to help me. Rocky start but feel Sal may a genuie attempt to help me. Met several of the NY employees at the NY NOW show everyone seemed excited to help me. Submitted the application had some issues again when speaking with a representative they were very quick to help. I'm now 1 week post submission, 4 voicemails and 1 live inquiry and NO ANSWERS. When I called to day EVERY call went to voicemail. Hopefully someone will listen to their voicemail and maybe call me back.

As a new business owner in the Seattle SODO neighborhood I have been able to team up with some incredible business people! This is why I decided to write a review about FundKite. The partnership that we are developing has bee mutually beneficial. They are responsive to my needs and always call or email me back regarding my questions or business dealing. With other companies they usually don't want to work with you on accomplishing your goals but that isn't the case with FundKite. Their immediate responses and ownership of responsibilities makes for a great working relationship!

As a fast moving and growing company we were looking for short term funding to meet cash flow needs and acquire assets. Over the previous year we had other funding products we were able to leverage and as our business grew we needed to tap into higher amounts. What attracted us to FundKite was their ability to provide larger amounts in addition to consolidating our two other positions. Gilberto Velasquez was the funding manager assigned to us and he was great. He quickly provided documents and options that fit our budget and growth trajectory. At times he was steps ahead of me and I cannot say enough about the thoroughness and the ease that this project got funded. Considering how much personal and highly confidential information is required I really had great peace of mind in providing it to FundKite. From first contact to funds in account was less than a week and probably would have been sooner if I had paperwork back to them in a timely manner. For anyone out there that is looking to access capital to grow the business, I highly recommend FundKite.
