My experience as a FundedX client was negative.
Support was responsive at first, then went silent.
Many traders seem to report similar treatment.
I would advise caution.

I joined FundedX staff believing it was professional.
Tasks were completed fully.
No payment, and many users report issues as well.
Disappointing outcome.

I wish I could just show you the back and forth emails I have with this company, I got a payout approved about a month ago and I’m yet to get paid. I’ve been trading for years and never in my life have I come across a prop firm this bad ever.

Based on my staff experience with FundedX,
and the many client reports I’ve seen,
these issues do not appear isolated.

This firm was professional and reliable until I requested a payout. My first payout was approved on 31/12/2025, and as of 19/01/2026 it still has not been received. Since that point, communication has been consistently unhelpful, with repeated requests to “be patient” but no clear timeline or resolution provided.

I later requested another payout, which resulted in a breach being applied. I appealed this decision and supplied supporting evidence, but my experience was that the appeal process lacked transparency and genuine consideration. It did not feel as though fairness or customer circumstances were meaningfully taken into account.

What concerns me most is how negative feedback appears to be handled. In my experience, comments or suggestions that are not positive are removed. I submitted a suggestion after being invited to do so, and it was deleted because it highlighted an area needing improvement. Constructive criticism should not be treated as hostility.

Overall, my experience suggests that while things may run smoothly initially, significant issues arise once payouts are involved. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to provide transparency for other traders considering this firm.

Just take a look at all these recent reviews, this company needs a serious rework!!

Warning to everyone: I was scammed by a funded-account company. I worked for only one week, then they “upgraded” my account, wiped out my profits, and demanded payment. Now they confuse and pressure people by using excuses like server issues and by sending misleading messages to support.

The scheme is connected to a company called Funded X. The person who referred me is named Ruhi (from India) but uses a UK phone number. Be careful — do not trust them. They are running a scam.

FundedX is absolutely not to be trusted. They denied my payout on the false claim of “news trading,” even though my trades were closed nearly 3 hours before the event. When I asked for proof, they provided zero evidence just stated their decision was final and refused to engage further.
This is a blatant breach of trust and shows their true business model: take traders’ money, then look for excuses not to pay out. Any reputable firm would back up such accusations with clear data. FundedX hides behind vague rules to protect themselves, not their traders.
If you care about fairness, transparency, and actually receiving your profits, stay away from FundedX. They have proven themselves to be dishonest and unreliable.

I failed the consistency rule on the 1 phase. My mistake. It's hard.

Scamming people with manipulative glitches in their dashboard. The results on trading platform such as tradelocker and MT5 will not match with their dashboard. They will make them an excuse to send you a breach. A request to all the traders out there please dont waste your money to buy their challenges. They only there to take your money and scam you. I hope karma gets them soon and they get taken off

✅ I passed multiple accounts and generated profit.
❌ Every single payout request was denied.

📌 FundedX referred to Point 4 of the contract (Tick Scalping / Rapid Re-entry).
👉 The contract clearly states: this rule only applies to trades shorter than 15 seconds.

⏱ My trades lasted over 8 minutes – which does not fall under their own definition.
➡️ This means FundedX knowingly misused the rule to deny my payout.

📧 After I sent them clear evidence, they stopped responding to my emails.

🚩 This is a clear scam practice – they take challenge fees, but when it comes to payouts, they invent violations that don’t exist.

🔴 My recommendation: avoid FundedX at all costs!

I acknowledge your response, however, your statement remains too general. If there were indeed “multiple breaches” of the trader agreement, please provide me with the specific trades (date, time, instrument) and the exact rule numbers from the agreement that were allegedly violated.

Without verifiable evidence, your explanation cannot be considered transparent or valid. I kindly request this information so that I can review it properly.

spend months on passing 2 100k accounts, once i passed i made some nice profit for payout, and then i got rejected and my payout got denied and account breached, no reason in email.

hidden rules and temporally breached my account for using a stop loss set a break even when I did not, I showed them poof but they never replied back to me they mentioned we will solve this fair and transparently but the risk department ignored my emails it has now been nearly 2 months.

Too many suspicious actions lately, they opened two accounts on the Trust Pilot platform, it's very suspicious, they give very big discounts, fake giveaways, they turned off the chat on discord after the fake giveaway so people couldn't comment and complain. They are slow in answering tickets, I will not use this company again, I recommend that you be careful because because of a small discount you can waste time on taking challenges and trading without them paying you, just be careful and do your own research, I shared my experience which is bad

I still have opened ticket number general-3597, have screen shot from today 13.08.2025., still not answered, have old screen shots, It doesn't matter that I was posted in a deleted chat as a one of the winners , I certainly wouldn't use your services again.

Answer from fundedX team is shows that there is either no coordination among the team or something is no longer working.

I use Trust Pilot to find out which companies are good and which are no longer, which is why I wrote this review, everyone goes at their own risk.
