On wednesday They asked 48 hours to…

On wednesday They asked 48 hours to merge my account and after 48 hours on friday they again said 48 working hours to resolve ticket id that means tuesday. 6 days just to merge two step 2 accounts. Even dont know that if they will do or not. Is is rocket science to merge account or what??
