Excellent customer service experience
Excellent customer service experience; the support personnel is attentive and helpful. I just opened a $20,000 account with them; the spread and execution are good, and I'm looking forward to being funded. The website is tidy and clear, and the FAQ is simple to grasp, unlike other firms' websites, which are difficult to read for traders. The MOD in Discord provides excellent help and promptly responds to questions. A fees that is affordable! After applying the discount code, the price is lower than that of most other prop firms; I hope the discount can be extended for a longer period of time.

I was blocked from your Discord channel and have received no response to my emails
It is appalling that after successfully passing the account, you imposed difficult and restrictive rules upon me, followed by issuing three "soft breaches" on two of my accounts. When the payout time arrived, instead of honoring your obligations, I received an email alleging I breached a rule. Even if such a breach occurred, it should have been classified as a "soft breach," as per your previous conduct.
To add to this, I was blocked from your Discord channel and have received no response to my emails. This kind of behavior is disgraceful for a company of your stature. Not only does it reflect poorly on your reputation, but it also raises suspicions of fraudulent behavior. Do not attempt to hide behind any agreement or contract I may have signed; that does not excuse your company’s failure to act with transparency and integrity.
If you have any ounce of professionalism left, I expect you to contact me directly via phone or email to address this issue. Your refusal or inability to make payments is both laughable and shameful. Such actions only serve to confirm the dubious nature of your company.i have read your reply and i have emails that stated my soft breaches are going back to 3 because your system was a failure its not my problem that you cant set up your own system and also you were finding a way to deny my payout because you cant pay

1. The risk team has reviewed all your trading accounts & trading activities.
Upon reviewing, your trading behavior has been flagged to be related to prohibited trading activities under extensive risk & prop firm arbitrage by our risk team which is a breach of terms & conditions on clause 3.4 & funded trader agreement on clause 4.5.
2. You’ve acknowledged to use risk below 2% so that we removed the risk detector in the system. However, trade history highlighted below stated you've risked over 4% on the first stop loss before you trailed your stop loss.
3. For the soft breach, we’ve extended your soft breach from 3 to 6 soft breach, the system showed 6 soft breach on your both funded accounts. The system detected it as a "new risk" being implemented when you trail your stoploss, so let's say if you're profiting over 2% and you move your stop to entry it will calculate the new risk you're risking so that it will be a soft breach.
As mentioned earlier, any future prohibited trading activity will lead to immediate termination of all your accounts & forfeiture of any funds associated with it.
The company is strongly against traders trying to exploit the system, this will be the final decision to end all our services with you as a client.
In this case, we still provided FULL REFUND for your active accounts.
