Frustrating KYC Process, But Ultimately Resolved
I had a frustrating experience with the KYC verification process. My verification was stuck on “under review” for several days, and I was initially told that it required a manual review.
Thankfully, Timothy, from customer support, was very helpful. He explained the manual verification process, helped me get everything submitted, and the issue was resolved promptly. My KYC was ultimately approved the same day.
The KYC process itself was definitely frustrating and could be smoother, but I appreciate Timothy’s responsiveness and effort in getting everything sorted out.

Best experience for me from account to payout
Account was available instantly. Once evaluation was cleared, funded account was issued immediately and contract was provided. My issues related to KYC were handled within minutes. Bhadmus and Mujeeb were there to provide solutions promptly. Even first payout was handled within 15 hrs which was fast compared to my experience with others.
