Excess fees with NO consideration
I had to switch my bank account due to fraudulent charges, and Fundbox decided to charge me multiple late fees even though it was only over a few days. When calling to question these fees a couple weeks later (once noticed on my account), they told me they "could have" reversed these earlier, but won't now. How pathetic. Another company padding pockets on excess fees.

Business survival
My business was scammed for $35K back in December of 2025. Fundbox approved a sizable loan to cover my business expenses until we could make that money back, and they were very helpful in the process of trying to recover from this unfortunate issue. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a pinch!

Great customer service
This is a great example of a company that allows you to transact with them online in a very streamlined way. However it's easy to talk to them and get someone on the phone when you need something.
I had a call with Anna on their team who helped me through a few things and she was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend working with them
