I purchase a phone with both a design and my initials. They printed my initials over the design, rendering it useless. Ok so it was a printing mistake on their part. I mailed them within the 14 days asking them to order a new one without my initials, they said they would however no order confirmation came and still no case. They sent a five pound voucher for a new case, I’m disgusted because the fault was not mine. I have no useable case and I’m out of pocket too! I wouldn’t use this site.

Great product, very pleased with my phone case. It has arrived nicely packed in a very funky envelope.
Delivery was standard, around 4-5 working days. I would recommend this company.

Placed an order on the 13th April. Reached out a few times and had very limited to no response. Not even entirely sure that this company is legit. Asked multiple times for my money back as the item still hasn't arrived and have just had to claim my money back through my bank. Very poor!

I ordered an engraved spider man necklace, unfortunately the wrong one was sent. Team was very quick to respond and within a few days they sent out the correct one. I was also contacted by the CEO who apologised and sent a gift card. Very lovely company and I have one happy boy.

I bought phone/wallet case for iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’ve had this case for 3months & it’s already falling apart. Lining where cards go has come undone & revealed cardboard underneath. Very poor quality. Disappointing. Won’t buy from them again.

While the designs are beautiful, the printing is quite pixilated and low quality. I expected the images to be crisp and clear and was let down there. Also, the case disables my tap-to-pay function (I have a Samsung S22) meaning I have to remove the case to pay with my phone. Not great.
