Having reviewed the order, the part supplied was the item that was ordered online. As we are unable to confirm compatibility without knowing the exact vehicle details beforehand, we cannot determine whether the incorrect part was selected during the ordering process.

Ordered a quad bike Monday 25th and it was delivered all ready to go today by Simon.

Firstly the customer service team have been great as I had a few questions - Madz, Jigs and Lee answered my questions promptly.

Simon who delivered my quad was 10/10 rang me before arriving hassle free drop off told me what I needed to know.

Been out on the quad from 10am till 15:00 today and it’s ran perfectly.

Buying a new carburettor after 3 rides as broke down 4 times funbikes was rude and wouldn’t help very nice people lol

When you contacted us regarding the carburettor issue, our technical team attempted to assist and requested photos or video evidence of the fault so that the issue could be properly assessed under the terms of the warranty. Unfortunately, you were unwilling to provide any evidence of the reported fault, despite this being explained on multiple occasions.

Our trained technicians also attempted to discuss the symptoms with you and explore possible solutions, including arranging for the bike to be returned for inspection. However, you were unwilling to engage with the diagnostic process or allow us the opportunity to assess the bike and determine the cause of the issue.

We take all warranty claims seriously and are always happy to help where customers work with us to investigate reported faults. Unfortunately, without evidence or the opportunity to inspect the bike, we were unable to verify the issue or authorise replacement parts under warranty.

Should you wish to revisit the matter and provide the information required for assessment, our team would be happy to assist further.

I purchased a new electric dirt bike…

I purchased a new electric dirt bike from FunBikes. Unfortunately, the pallet was reported by the courier as having tipped over during transit, and the bike arrived with damage, including a bent frame and damaged bodywork.

To their credit, FunBikes responded to my complaint and offered either a full return/refund or £180 compensation if I chose to keep the bike due to them been out of stock. However, I was disappointed that replacement parts were not offered and that the compensation did not reflect what I believe would be the true cost of restoring the bike to its original condition.

The bike itself is enjoyable to ride and I decided to keep it, but the experience of receiving a damaged new bike and the limited resolution offered left me disappointed.

Pros:

* Fun bike to ride
* Customer service responded to the complaint
* Full refund option was available

Cons:

* Bike arrived damaged after a documented courier incident
* Replacement parts were not offered
* Compensation offered did not cover the apparent cost of replacement bodywork
* Long complaint process

We're sorry to hear that your bike arrived damaged. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to ensure products are securely packaged, damage can occasionally occur during transit. In this case, the courier advised that the pallet had tipped over while being handled, which we understand was extremely disappointing when receiving a new bike.

We appreciate your comments regarding both the bike itself and our customer service team. Following our assessment of the reported damage, we offered to arrange collection of the bike at no cost to yourself, with the option of either a full refund or a replacement once stock became available. We also discussed an alternative goodwill contribution should you prefer to keep the bike. While we understand that our proposed resolutions did not fully meet your expectations, we worked to provide the available options and reach a fair outcome.

Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us review both our processes and our courier partnerships. We hope you continue to enjoy the bike and wish you many happy rides ahead.
