Shocking bike quality and poor customer service.
I purchased a dirt bike from this dealership less than two weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the bike and the after-sales service.
From the day I bought it, I experienced multiple issues and faults. I provided the dealership with videos showing the problems and gave them the opportunity to put things right. I even had to spend my own money correcting the front wheel alignment because the bike was not set up properly when supplied.
Despite raising these concerns promptly and providing evidence, I have been left dealing with ongoing problems and have not received the level of support I expected. I asked about replacing the bike due to the number of faults, but this was refused.
I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but what matters is how a business responds when they do. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

Since your initial contact, our team has actively investigated each issue raised and provided technical support throughout. Where a concern regarding the front wheel was reported, a replacement wheel was authorised and supplied. We have also reviewed the photos, videos and information provided regarding the additional concerns raised.
Based on the evidence available to us, the issues reported appear to be related to maintenance requirements, adjustment, or damage occurring during use rather than manufacturing defects. However, we appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for.
We remain willing to inspect the vehicle at our premises should you wish to arrange an assessment by our technical team. If any manufacturing defect is identified during that inspection, we would of course discuss the appropriate resolution with you.
We take all customer concerns seriously and always aim to provide fair and reasonable support in accordance with our warranty terms and consumer obligations.

Delivery driver Dan was really friendly…
Delivery driver Dan was really friendly and helpful, couldn't fault him at all. Even gave some good advice on building it and maintaining it.
Communication on delivery date could have been a bit better by FunBikes as it's a big delivery window to tell you the day before that it's getting delivered.
I did ring up the helpline which I'm assuming is abroad who just told me it will be delivered in the window allocation and I just need to wait for a call. It would be great to get a delivery date so you could plan being in to receive it.
Haven't built the bike yet so can't comment on that side of it.
