Wow Amazing Place
Wow, customer service is amazing at Fun Bikes, Cameron was super helpful and polite. Had a slight issue with my bike and he got his mechanics to look at the bike, Kas and Trist. My handle bars looked bent, so because it was under warranty they issued me with a brand new bar.
Took my 12 year old lad with to pick up is 110cc 10Ten bike. Cameron was having a laugh and joke with him while we were there. I could go on about these 3 lads, what an amazing experience. Will definitely be recommending this place to Family and friends. Keep up the great work.

Shocking delivery/ customer service
Funbikes had arranged delivery. Paid more for quicker delivery. Was then messaged and told delivery by 5pm Friday. Then bike was apparently delivered and signed for by myself… definitely was not. Then I called funbikes. To be told the driver had been no one home.. now that’s not true. I have cctv to prove that no delivery was attempted… and was then made to pay more towards a re delivery.. absolutely shocking service….😡

Brilliant service
After looking at a few bikes online I got in touch via email I received a very quick reply and a number to call should I wish to discuss anything else. I ordered online and within a day I received a call regarding a pick up date to suit me. I had arranged for the bike to be set up for ease of transport and when I arrived everything was ready and the college was very smooth. Cameron who I dealt with was brilliant and chatted about other bikes and spare parts etc available. A very good explanation dealing with this company and I would highly recommend.

Dan the delivery driver and Wayne where very efficient with communication when they was delivering called before hand and was prompt with timing, they both explained about the the MX1000 36v kids dirt bike and how to assemble and they told me information about the warranty which is handy to know, good job guys :)

Help from lily. She was amazing when part of the slide wasn't delivered. She we t out of her way to help. I would give 5 stars to her but just reduced to 4 stars when I considered overall experience with fun bikes. The item instructions were difficult to understand, and we are usually pretty good at assembling things.

Wrong size sent out the second time not happy with service at all on top of helmet price I have paid £20 to return to yourselves even though second helmet was labelled as xl it was smaller than the first one this was explained but to no avail

After you advised that the original helmet was too small, we arranged an exchange for a larger size, with the returned helmet being received back in new and unused condition.
Unfortunately, after receiving the replacement helmet, you advised that this size was also unsuitable. As a result, the replacement helmet was returned and a full refund was issued for it.
We understand your frustration regarding the return costs incurred throughout the process. However, both helmets supplied matched the sizes selected during the ordering and exchange process. Our website also provides full measuring instructions and a size guide to help customers choose the most suitable helmet before ordering.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we were unable to find a suitable fit on this occasion.

The lad that served me was very helpful and answered all my questions relating the bikes I was asking about. Did give me the wrong size helmet for my son tho. So now stuck with the wrong size that is too small. He did mention he hadn’t been working there long tho (mistakes happen) over all I’m was satisfied
