After so long waiting for my refund…

After so long waiting for my refund that I requested three months ago., to be honest I thought I would never hear anything from them and my money just disappeared like that...I now received email from a consultant named Zara that they are working on it so I could get my refund back...after that Zara keeps on doing the follow up even went that far to send me an sms to confirm.. finger crossed I should now wait and see if I receive my refund.
