Overcharged and did not like. I have sent 4 letters to return and they will not respond. Do not buy from this company. I was also overcharged.

I ordered skin perfector from AD on Facebook. It said $25 plus shipping. When I paid it said total was $30.96. BUT they charged my PayPal $40.96. I got scammed. They are based out of England. Im hoping PayPal can help me get my money back. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying IF you get your product it is counterfeit. BEWARE

I ordered the Skin Perfector on May 4th. I keep getting the tracking info. It now says it is in OK. It has been there for 4 days. I sure wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. I will ALWAYS check reviews now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their website said shipped from the US. However, the product came from Ireland and then took a month to arrive. The color was way lighter than advertised. I tried to return and they said they’d offer me $4 for my dissatisfaction when I spent over $40. Do not buy from this company!

FB purchase. Their website says they ship from USA (important info in the tariff war) but when tracking came it was getting shipped from overseas. Contacted them and they just turned me around in circles.

Description for solar lamps stated there was a special with 49% off for a set of two lamps for 19.99. They had a special - a SET you would receive a SET! My account was charged and I only recovered one SET. Bad

I paid $48 for grass seed. 5 weeks later I received a small unmarked baggie with some sort of seed in it. I've sent many requests for a refund with no reply. Their business practices are fraudulent.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a 2-in-1 shaver via Instagram on 2/1/2025. I have not received the item and it's now March. I keep getting some tracking information that makes no sense whenever I click on the tracking number. I believe they're a scam. I now feel crazy that I've been clicking on the tracking information.

The jumpsuits received are not the same as what is advertised. No stretch whatsoever and no help from the company at all. They also charged more than the receipt I received. I also tried leaving a review on their website and of course, it was removed immediately upon refreshing the page. All the reviews are fake.

Do not buy from this company. They steal and use legit company’s photos, then send you a crappy knock-off from China, which was disguised by being shipped to me from someplace in Illinois. I did my research, having been burned before, and these guys really covered their track so that I did not know this was the case until I received my order. I eventually got $11 back of my $58 purchase. They absolutely would not let me return the item, telling me that shipping to China would cost more than I paid in the beginning (not true, I checked) and they wouldn’t give me an address there. They also would not let me ship back the the Illinois address where it was shipped from because that was just a distributer, not the manufacturer. 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they DID actually email back and forth with me about a refund, and I did receive my promised partial refund, where other similar companies would’ve ghosted me.

This product is a scam! DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY!! If you’re looking for the Instagram/TikTok jumpsuit. This is not it!! I fell for it, ordered it, and received a crappy flimsy jumpsuit with no elastic give or stretchy material. They told me if I wanted to send it back they would only refund me $14 because of the shipping cost. It was like a $35 jumpsuit.

Total scam company. The "jumpsuit” was not at all what was advertised. I saved photos and the video of what was advertised vs what I received and the products are completely different. What I received was no where near the correct size and the material was in no way, shape or form what was advertised on the website. It says in the caption that the material is soft and cozy and you can clearly see the model stretching the material. The material in the clothing I received has zero stretch and has no movement. The material color is completely different, it should look like a washed, stretchy, soft, cozy fabric, it does not stretch like the person in the clothing advertisement said and showed and the fabric doesn’t take on the same color and washed look of a cozy, stretchy material. What a waste of money for cheaply made “jumpsuits” that are the wrong color, wrong fabric, falsely advertised and took entirely too long to arrive. The sizing is wrong, zero stretch in the fabric and the fabric is so cheap it’s a joke! I’ve sent 3 emails, still no reply. If I don’t hear from them by May 12th, 2023 I will begin posting reviews everywhere, all the consumer protection companies, BBB and anywhere else I can. Lying to the public that buy these products and scamming them is disgusting and these people should be held accountable.

Jumpsuit photos and video are stolen from another site. The jumpsuit I received has no stretch and is absolutely ridiculous. No one would ever wear this garbage anywhere. I’ve been emailing with them for weeks and the most they will refund is $12. That still leaves me $20 in the hole. I feel like such a dum-dum for being scammed. Thieves are despicable.

Total scam. Advertisement says it is a “knit” jumpsuit. The material is very cheap and has zero stretch. The sizing is way off.
The company sneakily added $14 US to my order after the fact. When I contacted them about this they refunded that amount saying it was a system error.

The company and I have written approximately 12 emails back and forth but they are refusing to refund my money. The two jumpsuits are unwearable. Total waste of money.

I am hoping to dispute the charges through PayPal. Do not fall for this “deal”. The product is garbage.

Same story as everyone else on here. They refuse to give me a refund and have now after twenty emails offered me 20 dollars and to keep items. Just horrible. They have a refund / return policy and definitely do not follow this. Do not buy anything from this site. Horrible people and horrible products and no customer service.

Complete rip-off. The items are not as described and when I emailed them to return they’ll just say non sense over and over. They told me to donate the jumpsuits since they didn’t fit me, I honestly wish I could but I don’t know anyone that small Lol $60 in the garbage

I received two jumpers that made of basically curtain material. Very thin , kind of velvety and 0 stretch!! They are the shape of what was advertised but NOT the material. The company has been very communicative with me so far and I hope I can return them for a refund.
