The worst experience I’ve ever made in…

The worst experience I’ve ever made in my 20 years online shopping history.
After over two months I am still waiting on the refund for the returned items.
Support already confirmed that goods were received back and all was fine. After another month of me following up with them finally I got the information from PayPal that my money is Bering returned. However, this Shop did not fulfill the payment and it was canceled by PayPal.
After a couple of more follow ups from my side only dead silence.
It is now with my attorney in order to get my money back.
This is not at all a serious online shopping history!
Never ever again!

Sad Service

Sadly long time no information about my order. After some massages got the info that due to sales activities my order got stuck and is removed. Got my money back but this service and the output was sadly bad. Maybe someday try again

Very disappointing

Do yourself a favor and never buy at fullline.eu.

Ordered a RAM for a few hundred bucks on 11.12 for Christmas. The order status said it was shipped on the same day, so far so good.

When i had no tracking link almost a week later, I contacted support. Support said it's fine, i'm gonna have my tracking link latest in 24 hrs.

Two days later i still had no tracking link, so costumer support again. This time they said that my order likely wasn't even shipped yet and was probably still lying in some warehouse in spain. Well thx a lot. But i can't cancel either because they aren't quite sure where my order is rn. The only thing i know is that it sure af won't come in time.

In summary: You pay hundreds of Euros, get lied to that your order has already been shipped and in the end not even they know exaxctly if they sent it and when. Unorganized, unreliable.

Not buying here again.

Fulline isnt able to Delivery products…

Fulline isnt able to Delivery products in time. The time in the Webpage isnt true. Also the amount of items in storage isnt true.
I payed with PayPal and because of that i got my Money Back after 3 weeks. Dont use unsecure pay-methods of you really want to Order here.

Edit 6h later: After seller saw this review....seller tried to Change my mind and deleted/Change this review with an 50€ Voucher für the next Order...

Never again...

We would like to clarify a few important points to avoid misunderstandings.

You placed your order on December 4, and the refund was initiated by us on December 18. This equals two weeks, not three. The refund was proactively processed by us, without a PayPal dispute and without waiting for external intervention.

Due to the Q4 peak season (Black Friday and Christmas), order volumes were significantly higher than usual, which led to unavoidable delays. We sincerely apologize for this.

During shipment preparation, the product — a technical item — underwent a routine quality control check. We detected an issue with the monitor and immediately requested a replacement from our supplier. When it became clear that the replacement would take longer than acceptable, we decided not to keep you waiting and instead issued a full refund immediately, informing you by email.

Regarding the €50 voucher: this was offered purely as a goodwill gesture, as we did for many customers affected by delays during this period. We did not force, pressure, or require the deletion or modification of any review. We politely asked if you would be willing to reconsider your review after the matter was resolved.

We regret that your experience was disappointing and appreciate all feedback, even when it is critical. However, we believe it is important that the situation is described accurately.

Very long shipment

Very long shipment. Local company did not even check if I was at home but redirected the parcel to a collection point. The product specifications were incomplete e no pictures available, so I assumed I had the IEC version.

Great online shop

First I was sceptical that the website is fake because the smartphone I've ordered was 60 € cheaper than everywhere other.
Next day the website was under maintenance and I was thinking that's a scam.
But after 2-3 days the website was online and I became my brand new nubia air smartphone in a few days!
I can fully recommend the website.
