This company does not even deserve one star. My experience echoes that of others. I ordered a swimsuit which never arrived. After weeks of waiting I was informed that they didn't have that model in the warehouse! Still trying to get a refund. How do we stop these fraudsters. Do not use this company

This company are crooks - the swimsuits are made in China and are complete non fitting rubbish - they will not refund you at all and will not give you a return address - THE WHOLE PROCESS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!
I dont know how to stop them cheating people - does anyone have a solutiom?

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are scammers. They look good on screen. But something is very wrong!!! DONT CHANCE IT! Wished I’d have looked on here before I bought…..

I thought I was buying from an Australian company . Wrong . Then they could not supply what I had ordered and paid for . Several emails later , I was informed my order had been cancelled with explanation of a refund . It’s really becoming too risky to buy online . Back to the bricks and mortar shops for me .

Dreadful .Do not use. Will not respond to my requests to for a return code. Going to seek legal advice .

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! My suits shipped from from some guy in California and didn't include an invoice; in fact, I didn't get an order confirmation. The phone number on my statement took me to to a completely different company. I had to email company but never got a response! SO disappointed and if I could rate this a 0 I would. This web site should be shut down. Wished I realized this crap was coming from China; I don't order stuff from China!

Bad service.

Despicable company! Same issues as others; really difficult to get a return address (they will try everything to stop you returning goods). I persisted and got an address, sent the items back (at great expense) and tracked the delivery. Many emails later, promises, requests for patience etc but no sign of any refund.

I lodged a complaint with the ECC UK and at first it appeared they may be able to help. However, that too came to a dead end.

I followed up for months in the hope that my persistence would pay off, but sadly not. In the end I realised that I wasn’t going to get my money back but I was hopeful that raising the issue with ECC UK may stop this company trading in the UK.

Disgusting! All items arrived but again like all other people you cannot return or get a refund. I’m at a loss what to do next - I am clearly wasting my time trying to resolve this matter and will have to put it down to experience.

Very poor experience and I should have known better. It isn't obviously Chinese, but the warehouse is in China so returns are more expensive than the item, and it took 4 emails to drag the address out of them. My swimsuit looks great in the hand, but was a hopeless fit, especially round the bottom where it was loose and flappy. OK it only cost £36 (incl. delivery costs) so not drastic, but nevertheless on the verge of unethical considering all their blurb about returns and leaving labels on, etc. Here is their first effort: We can send you the size or even any style you need for free. You only need to pay the freight (which was £10)....the products you receive do not need to be returned to us. Keep it for yourself or donate it.
Their 2nd effort: ....We must tell you that since our warehouse is in China, the return shipping fee will be more expensive than the price of the item itself. Can you be given a discount code (20% discount) for another item. Or we can send you a replacement part for free, and this time we bear the cost to compensate you. This will save a lot of time and money and eliminate the need to return the item ..You can choose to keep the items or give them as gifts. (How very kind when said item is not fit for purpose!) Ordered around 16th April.
The payment company is called Usee. When I tried to get in touch the page/website doesn't respond at all. Another fraud I fear.

Like a previous customer, I wish I had read these reviews first. It seems the company has one policy, and that is to sell their merchandise….no matter what. No returns and no refunds. I ordered two identical swimsuits but in different sizes, so I could get the right fit. I was happy to keep the one but wanted to return the other that didn’t fit. Like a previous reviewer I was also told that their warehouse is in China and it would cost more to return it than for me to keep it or donate it to a charity. But I could order another one at a discount. How does that work?!
If anyone should read these reviews before buying….PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered swim costume on 12th March delivered 20th March, totally unsuitable emailed on 23rd March requesting return address, after several attempts no return address given but offered replacement if I paid postage, they stated that if I returned item I would have to return to China. Have raised complaint with PayPal. Would not use this company again. Still require refund.

Wish I had checked here first. Normally I would have but I was in a rush to get a swimsuit for a spa day. Order placed 16/03/24 and still haven't received it. Tracking says it has been in the same location since 23/04/24. Spa day has been and gone. Disgusted that delivery is charged at £5.99 and they can't even deliver within the 6-8 day time frame (which is also a joke). Spend your money with a reputable company folks!

I have been waiting for a refund from this company for three weeks despite emails from them saying I was due a refund. I wouldn't use this company if you want good service.

Swimming costume didn't fit so requested a refund. Have been totally ignored. Whatever you do do not buy from this company. Wish I'd looked at reviews first. Will in future

Except I have sent 13 emails that they don't read.

Don't buy they are unhelpfull
if item is unsuitable the item I ordered was much larger than the measurements shown on line they say I cannot exchange or fefund as the item was on sale think this is illegal as online should be able to exchange don't buy unless you are sure not a good company did not see this rule shown anywhere on their website

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered one swimsuit which they promptly charged my Paypal account. After weeks they sent an email to say that the swimmers weren't in stock and I had to choose something else. I didn't like anything else and asked for a full refund. Things escalated and they advised me that I had to choose something. I declined and again asked for a full refund. They stopped responding to all of my emails at this point and I triggered the refund process through PayPal.
It's taken me months to get my refund back from Paypal as Fullfitall issued a fake shipping notice pretending that the goods had been shipped (which they hadn't).
I will never order anything through this company.

Only buy from this place if youre a 100% sure you like the item and know its going to fit. Their warehouse is in China they will not pay for the returns.

Zero stars. The uk website states you can return items. The parcel arrived with a uk address. When I emailed to return items I was told that they would have to be returned to the warehouse in China and it would cost too much in postage. The only offer I got was 20% off another swimsuit that probably wouldn't fit any better. I will just have to chalk it up to experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN ANYTHING.
