Ordered over 2 months ago. Now I believe it is truly a scam. If I ever receive the masks I will re review. As of now I am out of $61 and no masks. Don’t buy. Don’t buy.

I ordered masks on April 12th. I received my order June 13th. The graphic on the mask is off center and oversized so it is not recognizable. Do not order from them.

Their mask ads showed up on my IG feed & I ordered a college themed pack.
That was MARCH! 2020

THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO EMAILS IN APRIL.
This is a Chinese scam company & you will NEVER receive your purchase.
Google no longer allowing connection to FullerSpace.com bc webpage is CORRUPTED & too big of a SECURITY RISK ( CCs & Pswds)

I’d give this scam of a business negative stars if I could. I ordered 1 mask and 3 filters in mid April. Had to file a claim with PayPal before there was any real movement on my order. Received the filters in early June but still no mask. Up until yesterday I was able to follow the tracking on the mask, which looked like it was just going in circles. Now it’s like there isn’t even a Fullerspace website anymore. No way to get to the “tracking info” Never been scammed by a retail website before. It stings.

If i could give a NEGATIVE 1 Star - I would. I placed an order back in April for 7 masks. Order #Fullerspace-41473
The company sent me an email followed by my order which stated that orders shipp within 3-5 business days and delivered within 11-15 business days from the date shipped. 15 business days later - I have not yet received my tracking number so I reached out to the company but never heard back. I then reached out to #Paypal for a refund. As soon as I opened a case with refund - i received an email from Fuller Space with "label created" massage. I checked tracking every day and it took ONE MONTH from the day the label was created for the parcel to actually ship. Paypal took over a month to address my issue!! Today, which is one week shy of 2 months since I placed my order - I finally received my parcel. There was only ONE mask in the parcel, out of 7 masks + extra filters that I ordered. I had to open another case with #Paypal and emailed the merchant yet again demanding refund for the items that were not received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! #FULLERSPACE is a scam!! Unless you take action - You will not get your order and even if you do - you might not get what you ordered, or your complete order that you paid for!! Don't waste your time and money!

Never received the product ordered. Tracking numbers have product as being held somewhere in New York. Submitted claim to PayPal and now it is a waiting game. Ordered item on the 5th of April, file claim 5th of May...today is 16 June, now this fake tracking number show item was delivered 6th of June with items coming out of California... Ummmm, I thought it was in New York??? I still do not have any items from this BS company that was delivered at all. I just want my Money Back and be DONE with this problem.

Liars and thieves. Took my money - all I got was phony emails and one really crummy cloth mask in a plastic bag. Went to Pay Pal for a refund. Fuller Space, aka Tumblerica send a really phony address in Hanoi and it would have cost me $24 to ship. fortunately, I had kept the envelope and had a return address, so I shipped it back to that and gave the tracking # to Pay Pal. They got my package. Now let's see if Pay Pal gives me my money.

After waiting 2 months for my masks, I received them unfortunately they are the size of a child's mask. And No I did not order child size mask, I ordered teacher masks. Don't know of children that teach. I have a picture of an adult mask and the masks they sent and there is a dramatic difference. Now no response from them.

I love the quality mask they make. They are slow with shipping but well worth the wait. I would recommend these mask. I expecially like the fabric mask with the filters and adjustment for the ears.

I wish I had not read all the negative comments which lead me to be on the Fullerspace Company almost every day waiting for my masks. When I realized the masks I think are made in China, and they only send out generated responses, it was somewhat of a nightmare. I received my masks and they are so pretty, quality work. The filters are also made well. I like the way the strings that go around your ears can be adjusted so easy. So I guess just be patient because they are worth the wait. I emailed Fullerspace with my apology.

I ordered my masks on April 24th and received them on June 13th. After much time had passed after ordering I looked for reviews and found the ones on this site. My expectations of ever receiving the order were very low and I considered contacting PayPal to let them know that I had been scammed, but did not. My masks arrived today. Those of you who have given up hope of ever receiving your order may be surprised one day.

I ordered 4 masks and a set of filters in April. They sent emails and pictures of people, in U.S., "making the masks." At end of May, I received the filters. Despite repeated emails to them, I've not received masks. Just get form email back with tracking number showing item shipped and/or delivered, no acknowledgement that I didn't get masks.
I've reported them to Paypal and asked for full refund. I'm beyond furious at these scammers.

I ordered my mask on April 22. I just got it today.

AFTER I FILLED A REPORT WITH PAYPAL AND MY BANK.

It appears that they have no intentions on sending the product UNITL YOU FILE A REPORT WITH PAYPAL. You will get an email every 2 days at the start, to make you think everything is ok. Then the emails just stop. I kept asking for a tracking number. They would send me auto replys, BUT NEVER THE TRACKING NUMBER. I could not get ahold of a real person by email for the life of me. Finally got a tracking number that said it was comming from CHINA. I ORDERED BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE LOCATED IN TEXAS.

THEY ARE ALSO A COMPANY CALLED

TUMBLERICA.

SO DONT ORDER FROM THEM EITHER. MY TRACKING NUMBER CAME THOUGH THEM, and when I back tracked I noticed they are a different company (or claim to be). All their pics on their page so all sorts of people ordering from all over the world, BUT THE BACKGROUND IS THE EXACT SAME.

sorry for the rant. Quick answer is DO NOT BUY!!! Unless you want to deal with PayPal to get your items 2-3 months later.

I finally received my masks after threatening to ask for a refund from the credit card company. The masks are horrible, they look nothing like what is pictured on the website. The colors are DULL, masks are too small, and material is eh. Definitely not worth the price.

I purchased my masks in early May. I was informed of the long wait times because of their large volume of orders and have now received them. I am very pleased with the product, they are very well crafted and look exactly as the photos on their site. A very happy customer.

I have the same issue as Julia and others. I'm going to call the bank and report fraud to refund my money. I had an order placed on April 18 and another in April 24. Received so many updates, even that they both shipped. When I looked up the tracking...one order has been sitting in NY for a month and the other order no tracking number. No phone numbers, address or anything. Just a robocop automated generic reply that they can't find my email or order number. FRAUDULENT.

Do NOT order from Fuller Space. You'll be disappointed. I've been ordering online since the 1990s, and this is the first time I've been scammed. Never received my order, the company doesn't seem to employ any humans in the CR department except a person who presses "send" to respond with an auto-generated and vague message that could be for anyone. The first red flag to me was there was no physical address or phone number (I should have known to look for this info before ordering). It's been two months and I've received nothing except an email on May 10 saying my product was ready to ship. It's now June 10 and I never received confirmation it's been shipped despite my repeated emails.

My first time being scammed online. These people are THE WORST. They even emailed fake pictures stating my mask just finished in production and would be shipped soon. A few days later I got an email stating shipping was delayed because of covid. I had no problem receiving packages from other places. I guess this is the reason I stick to Amazon when ordering from unknown companies.

Order 4/22 Was sent fake tracking number that showed delivery. Never received and it is June 9. Wish I read the reviews that showed it was a scammer. So disappointed! Out the money and product.

Received my masks today, which took two months to get and they are way too small. I would never order from this company again. Don’t waste your money.
