I got very useful tips to improve my Airbnb listing and pricing strategies.

I would like to give a big shoutout to Andrew and his method. I have a standard AirBnB listing, it is nice, but nothing special in a suburb that is far from a city centre in Melbourne. it was doing OK in high season and not great in low season at all, I hardly had any bookings. After I listened to Andrew's course, I made the changes he suggested in the ad and in the first day I received two 7-day bookings and one 6-month booking, which will take me all the way to the summer and high season.

This is absolutely incredible result and it doesn't include any improvements I am yet to make to my listing including marketing, photos, etc. That will all come later as well.

If you not sure whether to take the course or not, I highly recommend it. Mine paid itself off in the first day!

I finished the course two weeks ago and started to implement everything (that was possible for my rentals). This short course has a lot of useful Content. Its well put together and very concise. I particularly liked the chapters on improving photographs were I personally found the information invaluable.
