The customer service were rude. No remorse

The customer service were rude. Let us know the day before Christmas price increase. Due to their fault on the system. The person was rude no remorse. Do not use this company. At all costs. Use free now or Uber. Much cheaper for a black cab.

They were rude on the phone and on WhatsApp. I think they should be exploited and people should speak up for how disgusting they treat people.

They gave no alternative. They don’t care so if you need a useful company to use on something important to go to. Be warned for their last minute fees and switch up. DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic! Perfect service.
Lost my mobile phone in one of their cabs and got it back on the same day without any hustle. Very polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

Excellent local Minicab

Let down badly by our regular taxi company so rang Fulham & Chelsea cars. Very good controller who found us a cab who was with us within 10 minutes.
Courteous and friendly driver.
Would certainly recommend to family friend .
