Ordering was simple and easy, they followed up after the order to confirm our use of the product and make certain that we had ordered the right item.
Shipping was fast and the item arrived well packaged and was exactly what we needed.
Impossible to get a hold of anyone. The new support portal is useless with limited to no response. I used to be able to contact our sales rep for assistance with licensing (which we pay for) and customer support but she no longer replies to emails other than to refer me to the portal that is unable to help me. I will not be renewing our contract with this business. Best of luck to anyone that does.

Product is as described. Shipping was fast.
Everything was easy and fast.
Like the ease of use and mobility of the unit itself. The only downside I see is the time-consuming "skipping" of 9 fingers when only one is needed.
The customer service representative was wonderful and reached out to me before shipping the device to make sure I had the correct software. He went above and beyond and helped me get the software needed to run the device. Thank you
