I was originally skeptical about this service, but I'm so glad I found it. I couldn't find an answer about how long my transaction was going to be stuck for and Andre informed me that if I had not taken action it would have been stuck for 2-3 months... I'm so glad I found this service, I wish more people knew about it. Andre is a great communicator and was able to action my withdrawal same day. I can't recommend this enough.

I had a nightmare experience with my tx due to low fee and my transaction got stuck for nearly a week, i reached out to them through email and Pascal was assigned to my case.. Pascal was friendly - examined my transaction and took cre of everyrhing, in less than an hour, my transaction received its first confirmation. Pascal was patient and answerzd all of my questions.
