I am so so disappointed at fujifilm denmark

I am so so disappointed at poor customer service of fujifilm with horrible, awful support!!!!!! 

First I call after 2days of not hearing from them after registrationof order, they say it will be shipped any moment. The day after I did not get any update I sent an email. Got no answer, I call they don't pick up. I called again they say there is a problem with discount code, which is not my problem the website has to handle it!! And they are fully responsible to let me know if there is a problem! The customer service told me that I'll hear by end of working hour yesterday, I did not recive any answer!!!! Also they still didn't send me the order.

They are so rude and act like it is my problem not that they messed up!!!!

I have canceled my order.
So bad. I'm not even sure I'll get my money back.
