How stupid are they?

Imagine having a channel where you created a lot of content, put high budget into it cause it's a heart project and they came along simply flag your videos out of the blue for copyright.
That’s what happened to me. I researched on their website and found the contact us form. As reason for contact you find Youtube Copyright

FUGA is a digital music distribution…

FUGA is a digital music distribution company that claims to provide independent companies with an easy way to distribute their music to online stores and streaming services. However, my experience with FUGA has been nothing short of a scam.

Firstly, FUGA charges exorbitant fees for their services, with no guarantee of any return on investment. I paid tens of thousands of dollars to use their service, and they ended up stealing over 6 figures from our company because of “Artificial Streaming” even though the streaming services paid out the funds and most of our streams came from legitimate ad impressions

Furthermore, FUGA's customer service is abysmal. When I tried to contact their support team to ask about the status of my distribution, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful responses, and even outright dismissals of my concerns. It was clear that FUGA did not care about me as a customer, and only wanted to take my money and run.

To add insult to injury, FUGA also takes a significant percentage of a client's revenue without providing any real value. Their commission fees are much higher than industry standards, and they offer few additional services beyond basic distribution. This means that companies like myself end up paying a lot of money for very little return, while FUGA profits off our hard work and talent.

In short, I would not recommend FUGA to any companies looking to distribute their music. Their services are overpriced, their customer service is terrible, and their commission fees are outrageous. It is clear that FUGA cares more about making money than actually helping clients succeed, and I regret ever using their service. If you want to distribute your music online, there are much better and more trustworthy options out there.
