I contacted this company end of…

I contacted this company end of November 2023. To market a product for me ready for the late spring season 2024. By the end of May they had achieved nothing. They wanted to update my website which they offered to do FOC. I accepted. After a further 2 months and countless meetings and emails. I explained that they will miss the start of the season. Their reaction to this was so nonchalant I started to get very concerned. After 2 months they then publish a website. Which, I had to take down as the quality of the site was appalling. Full of incorrect facts about the product, which they made up. The grammar and spelling were what you would expect from a 5-year-old. I was furious. They then started telling me that it had been through 2 proofreaders! What on earth were they talking about? They did nothing other than defend themselves saying things would get better. I spent 6K with them over 6 months and had 2 leads which came to nothing. They said that was my fault for not converting them. Every meeting and every email was met with denial on their part, and that their marketing would work. It was an awful experience of utterly unproductive, time-wasting professional negligence. We have re-introduced our own marketing by boosting Facebook posts and have got the sales back up to where they were. They offered me 2 free months of marketing by way of apology. I did not accept the offer as I felt anything they did would damage my company's profile.
