Fubo TV advertises free 7 day Trial

Fubo TV advertises free 7 day Trial, however upon clicking that button they charge you $90 right away and won't refund you. Anyways, Fubo app. is just average. Customer service reps are nice & friendly.

Getting to talk with a live agent was…

Getting to talk with a live agent was too difficult. The AI program was trying to solve my issue to the point I was ready to cancel my Fubo subscription. It didn't understand my issue and speaking to a live agent would have solved my problem much as quicker. Once I got the agent my problem was resolved quickly because they understood the problem.

Deceptive package. $75/mo for 720p stream? No thanks

Price is extremely misleading. They present $43 offer but you'll notice later that this is only for 1st month. Also too many ads and resolution sucks. Fubo's best feature is 5-day trial which is perfect for pne-day sports event like Super Bowl and then cancel immediately after. Other than that, its not worth keeping.

Do not recommend

Rip off. They told me La Liga was included and it wasn't. Won't refund me. Can't even watch t champions league which is why I thought I would keep it for a month. Turns out i paid for nothing

Great streamer

Hi,
Customer service was quick, and very helpful. I use to use Xfinity, but prices kept going up so I switched. I signed up and am very satisfied. I will add one disappointment, no super bowl was shown. I was not happy camper.

They were straight forward and quick to help me get my refund. I was a day late to cancel my subscription and they went back up in price now that I dont have football I dont have a reason to use fubo so bye for now but I will be back during football season lol

Carlos was great. He was in Columbia. Everything done. Now I get a message that you're canceling my account for lack of payment. What are you guys doing? He also said to call before the 28th and request payment due to change it to the following week due to my direct deposits start on the 5th of the month. If you ck
And ask him he will confirm this. My account is current. Please be advised that I am a consultant for 1 client. They have 72 people in there business. I got them all to change from direct TV to fubo. So, needless to say if you're that incompetent and shut offa current account we all go. If anything you should discount mine or comp me not turn it off. Go ahead and the next day you will loose 77 accounts. They all are in the NY metropolitan area down to Atlantic city. I'm in FL. Sincerely Craig Barr USCG.

Ubot charges everyday past a due date. Other than that I think you guys have good service. I haven't had any outages or problems since the 2 years I've had you $100 a month is not a bad deal but can you please get back ABC sorry NBC
